FURIOSA star Anya Taylor-Joy has revealed how the production team of the new action film utilized artificial intelligence to make another actress look like her.
On Tuesday, the movie star appeared on Live with Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, where she blew the hosts away with her revelations.

It happened after Kelly, 53, mentioned that another actress with a striking resemblance to Anya, 28, was cast in the film.
Anya explained that while it might appear that way on screen, the stars actually didn’t share many physical similarities.
“We don’t actually look that much alike. It’s AI, which is really crazy,” Anya admitted, referencing actress, Alyla Browne, who portrayed the younger version of her character.
She added that the creator and director, George Miller, wanted a seamless transition between the two Furiosa’s and using AI was the best way to do that.
Kelly looked on with her mouth agape, completely dumbfounded over how technology made the character’s transformation so lifelike.
Anya continued, “They were able to composite our faces together, and it works on a scale, so at the beginning of the movie, it’s 35 percent my face, and then it goes all the way up to 80 [percent].”
Mark, 53, was just as astonished as his wife, responding, “Wow,” while Kelly, still in disbelief, replied, “You’re kidding!”
Anya agreed that it was an unbelievable simulation, and it measured up to the director’s expectations.
Furiosa is the fifth installment in the Mad Max saga, premiering in theaters on Friday.
It tells the origin story of renegade warrior Furiosa before encountering and teaming up with Mad Max, according to IMDB.

Chris Hemsworth, Tom Burke, and Nicholas Hoult are also apart of the star-studded cast.
The film debuted last week at the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France, and got raving reviews.
Photos captured the blond beauty at the event donning short black shorts and a silver cardigan, with no bra, exposing her bare stomach and chest.
She completed the look with black strappy high heels, a full face of makeup, and her long locks flowing straight down.

Anya recently recalled to Variety that she had a roller coaster of emotions while watching cuts of the movie.
“Within the first three minutes, I’m crying,” the Fury Road star confessed. “And afterward, I cannot speak. I found it very traumatizing to watch.”
The Argentinian actress is arguably most known for her leading role in the Netflix series The Queen’s Gambit, which earned her a Golden Globe.
Last year, she teased that the historical drama got renewed for a second season, exciting fans who’ve been awaiting its return.
“The Queen’s Gambit Season 2,” Anya posted on X, formerly Twitter, though it has since been deleted.
It’s unknown if the popular series has gotten the green light for a second season, and reports have circulated that plans of that happening were slim.
