Charly Arnolt, who went by the name Charly Caruso in WWE, departed ESPN to join OutKick earlier in the year.
Arnolt ditched ESPN for the opportunity to speak her mind without the fear of backlash or repercussions that came with her role at the Disney-owned network. She is doing way more than just speaking her mind. She is letting it all hang out in more ways than one.
The ex-ESPN and WWE host opened up on her career and life in the November edition of Maxim as she graced the cover following a steamy photoshoot. The 36-year-old looked stunning as she posed for photos in various outfits.
The sportscaster took snaps in an orange nightgown and black bodysuit. For other pictures, she sported a black leather jacket, a white pullover, and a red-and-blue sweater jacket.
In the interview with Maxim, Arnolt revealed her childhood dreams including being a pizza maker and a dermatologist.
Despite tough beginnings in the media industry, the sportscaster said, she never stopped pursuing an on-air role and it eventually paid off as she served as a host and ring announcer for the WWE for five years before a short stint as a backup moderator on ESPN’s First Take.
“I have so many different aspects to my personality that it hasn’t been too tough to transition from job to job,” she said of her fast-paced career.
“Being on TV is almost like acting, except that you are playing yourself, and it’s just a matter of knowing what traits of yourself to bring out and when.
“But I think at the end of the day, if you are talented, you will shine in whatever environment you find yourself in.”
The Indiana native added: “I want people to watch me and learn things that they wouldn’t anywhere else, or at least approach mainstream topics from a different angle.”
Arnolt is also a contributor to the UFC, serving as a roaming reporter.
She has been conducting backstage interviews at the promotion’s events since July 2022.
