NBA Centel has disappeared from X for the second time this year, and everyone is paying their respects.

The popular account was previously banned for failing to apply X’s parody label after tweeting that the Dallas Mavericks prohibited Luka Doncic jerseys in their arena and fooling Colin Cowherd.
They eventually returned, but have gone down again this week, and their disappearance was pretty conspicuous, given how active they usually are.
Other basketball accounts shared posts noting the sudden absence of one of the funniest sports pages online.
“They got Centel 😭😭😭,” BricksCenter lamented.
“They got Centel? 😭,” Overtime asked.

B**lsack Sports, the original Centel, claimed the account was banned for fooling Piers Morgan into believing that the WNBA would be installing courtside nets to combat its green sex toy problem.
“Centel DID NOT deactivate. He was temporarily locked again because he went worldwide on this tweet. The GOAT will be back up and running, we’re working on it,” they reported.
Of course, they’re B**lsack Sports, so…
While Elon Musk encourages free speech on his platform, X seems to be cracking down on the spread of misinformation, though Centel’s tweets are ridiculous enough to have everyone thinking twice before running with what they post.
Sadly, that hasn’t been the case, as some of the biggest names in sports media and mainstream news have been caught lacking.
As to whether NBA Centel will be back is left to time to tell. But we’re sure they’ll be back under a different guise if the account is somehow banned permanently.
