On Friday’s episode, Kelly, 53, and Mark, 52, talked about which state gets the best sleep, with California ranking No. 1.
“Speaking of sleep, a study has revealed the 10 most bizarre activities people carry out while asleep,” Mark read.
Mark said that he and Kelly have never sleepwalked or handled sharp objects in their sleep.
“Laughing or crying. We do that,” he said.
“Apparently,” Kelly replied.
“You laugh,” Mark said.
The next point he read off was “talking in full sentences,” which he said he has never heard Kelly do.
“Uhhh stop it!” he mimicked his wife.
“Stop it is a full sentence. Just like no is a full sentence,” Kelly said.
GIVE ‘EM A NUDGE
Mark read off another action – eating – which he said they didn’t do.
“Hitting. That’s – that’s not great,” he said, turning toward his wife.
“People get violent and they slam their hand -”
“I don’t hit you!” Kelly defended.
“No, I’m not saying you do,” Mark said.
“I nudge you when you’re snoring,” she replied.
“Oh, I’m sorry,” Kelly’s husband apologized.
The last one Mark read off was “moving hands.”
“You don’t do that,” he said. “But, you do have a little foot that moves.
“It’s that restless foot thing.”
“I’ve heard of restless leg syndrome. I don’t think I have that,” Kelly said.
KINKY KELLY
This is not the first time the hosts have revealed what they get up to in the bedroom.
In 2022, Kelly revealed an NSFW detail to her then co-host, Ryan Seacrest.
The hosts discussed various ways partners sleep in the same bed.
Kelly opened up and dished on how she and Mark come together in the bedroom for “sexy time” and then absolutely nothing else.
“Mark and I, I’ll tell you this. We come together in the bed for romance and then we go our separate ways. He goes to his side –” she began.
Ryan cut her off to ask, “Of the house?”
“Not of the house but of the bed,” Kelly explained. “And I go to my side of the bed.
“We don’t share a duvet or a comforter because it’s just large enough and we are small people, so we just go to our separate corners and there’s room.”
“Is he not a cuddler?” Ryan wondered.
“We do not cuddle,” Kelly confirmed.
“Like, we are romantic, and we have adult sexy time and then when it’s over, we do not touch each other.”
Demonstrating what they do next, Kelly patted Ryan on his hand and said, “Once in a while, it’s like, ‘That was fun.’ ‘Yes, it was.’”
“Just when I think I know everything about you,” Ryan laughed.
“It’s almost 30 years, we are not gonna start trifling around with, ‘Let’s experiment with cuddling,'” Kelly said.
“That’s okay. I don’t need to cuddle.”
Kelly then joked, “Oh, yeah. That was really hot, everybody should be really hot right now.”
