UNBELIEVABLE: Good Morning Britain UPDATES Viewers On NEW MIGRANT POLICY As Furious Fans Express Outrage Over SH0CKING CHANGES

Fans of Good Morning Britain were not pleased with an update on the migrant crisis on Tuesday’s episode. The ITV show, with a segment hosted by Ranvir Singh, shared that the first migrants to be returned to France under the Government’s “one in one out” deal with the French Government are expected to fly out of the UK later this morning.
However, in a less-than-impressive update, it was explained that it is not clear how many people will be on the flight or how many further flights are planned this week, but there are reports that the plan has already failed to get off the ground. Ranvir asked news correspondent Jonathan Swain why the government is so “tight-lipped around numbers and when these flights might go”. The senior correspondent replied to say that there is “a lot of sensitivity around this”. He added: “We are saying that these flights are expected to take off today, but that may not be the case.”
He went on to add that it has been widely reported this morning that some migrants were actually removed from a deportation flight to France yesterday at the very last moment “because of a legal challenge”. The reporter said: “Lawyers are challenging the deportations under the European Convention of Human Rights.”
Mr Swain continued: “So far this year, we know that around 31,000 people have crossed the Channel illegally. The fact that these migrants have been stopped at the very last minute will come as a huge blow to Keir Starmer, who was hoping that this ‘one in, one out’ policy that he assigned with France would act as a major deterrent.”
The ITV show also explained that the Home Office has not commented on the situation due to “operational reasons,” and it is understood that they are under a huge amount of pressure themselves to get it up and running.

Fans watching the report at home were not pleased with the update, as they branded it “a load of rubbish”. Taking to social media, they shared their frustrations at how badly the deal has started.
One wrote on X: “It’s all a pile of crap. This will never happen and if it does it won’t go beyond double digits.” One more added: “Why even talk about this utter rubbish?”
Another person fumed: “They won’t be going anywhere while we are still in the ECHR. Human rights lawyers will use our judiciary to stop it.”
