This Morning’s Alison Hammond speaks out over pregnancy speculation
This Morning host Alison Hammond has addressed speculation that she’s pregnant in a post on social media in which she referenced Meghan Markle’s delivery room dance video
TV presenter Alison Hammond has addressed apparent speculation that she’s pregnant. The This Morning host responded in a message on social media this afternoon, which was met with reaction from some of her followers.
Alison, 50, is already a parent to son Aidan Hammond, 20, from a previous relationship. The former Big Brother star, who’s in a relationship with David Putman, 27, took to Instagram earlier to address the prospect of another pregnancy, with her denying in the post that she’s pregnant.
She wrote in a post: “Lots of Ai stories online about me being pregnant, I can confirm I am not having a baby as I’m not sure my 50 year old womb could take it. However I do think we should all dance like Meghan!!”
Her comment comes after Meghan Markle, 43, shared footage of herself and Prince Harry, 40, dancing together in a delivery room prior to the birth of their daughter Princess Lilibet, now four, in 2021. She posted the video for Lilibet’s birthday earlier this week.

Meghan had shared her post on Wednesday to mark her youngest child Lilibet’s fourth birthday. She was seen dancing, whilst cradling a baby bump, beside a bed on a maternity ward alongside her husband Prince Harry in the video.
She wrote in the caption: “Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do!”
