Ben, who has been co-hosting This Morning alongside Cat Deeley, took to Instagram to update his followers about his temporary departure.
Posting behind-the-scenes pictures from the Thursday, February 13 episode, Ben shared a heartfelt message about the end of the week.
“Ahhh lovely end of the week for me and @catdeeley.
Thanks for all your messages. I hope everyone is ready for some hardcore Valentines/Palentines/Galentines (delete where appropriate) action!!”
He reassured fans that their break would be short, adding:
“We’ll be back in the studio after half term!! Thanks @kenmckayphoto for these ace pics too.”
