Every accusation Katie Price has thrown as The Princess Diaries ‘feud’ rages
Katie really isn’t happy with Princess’ management…
Katie Price spoke out amid rumours of a rift between herself and daughter Princess Andre last week – and she certainly didn’t take any prisoners.
The 47-year-old former glamour model took to her podcast The Katie Price Show on August 7 to set the record straight, revealing that she’d been left in tears after being excluded from Princess’ new reality TV venture, The Princess Diaries.
The 18-year-old made her reality debut on Sunday (August 10), but her mum said she wouldn’t be tuning in. Instead, Katie headed to Turkey with boyfriend JJ Slater for another round of cosmetic surgery…

Katie Price addresses ‘rift’ over The Princess Diaries
Katie Price said that she wouldn’t be watching Princess’ TV debut or “promoting” the show on her socials ahead of the first ep. However, she added that she still “supports Princess in everything she does”.
The model explained that her heartbreak stems not from her daughter herself, but from the people around her – especially her ex-husband Peter Andre and his management team, The CAN Group, run by Claire Powell.
In a raw and emotional episode titled The Truth Behind Princess Diaries, Katie spilled some serious tea about the ‘feud’ that’s dominating the headlines.
Kept in the dark over contracts
Katie revealed that she offered to appear on the show for free, but was turned down.
She claimed she was kept in the dark about the entire process and didn’t even see the contracts her teenage daughter signed.
“I’m very, very, very upset,” Katie said. “I wasn’t asked to look at any contracts, so I don’t know what Princess has signed.”
Katie says her former management company, who now represent both Princess and her brother Junior, have completely shut her out.
Claire Powell ‘doesn’t like me’
“I was very, very upset when Princess signed with them when she was 16. People need to know when I was with Pete we were both managed by the same management. And people will know who that is if they watch our shows and she managed Pete before he was in the jungle.
“She controlled the narrative of me and Pete, photoshoots, when we could hold hands, she was the dominator of it all.”
Katie added: “Over my dead body would I ever want her to manage my kids,” she said about Claire. “She doesn’t like me, and Pete and me don’t talk.”

18th birthday ‘ban’
Katie also opened up about being excluded from her daughter’s 18th birthday celebrations, which Princess spent with Peter while Katie was in Ibiza.
“I didn’t want it rubbed in my face that I wasn’t allowed there,” she explained. “Pete doesn’t want to be in the same room as me. When the kids get older and they get married is he still going to have the same attitude that only one parent can be there? Because I disagree.”
The emotional weight of the situation hit Katie hard while in Ibiza. She recalled breaking down in tears after unexpectedly bumping into a producer from The Princess Diaries.
“I burst out crying,” she said. “And said: ‘I’m so upset. It’s my daughter. I want to be involved.’ I was in tears and I never cry.”
‘I’m always gonna be the baddie’
While Katie made it clear she still supports Princess unconditionally, she didn’t hide her frustration with the show using her name to generate buzz.
She also took a direct swipe at Princess’ management and her ex’s new wife, Emily Andre, warning listeners: “Let’s see how it’s twisted and turned again. Whatever happens it’s always gonna be my fault. I’m always gonna be the baddie.”
Despite her heartbreak, Katie ended her podcast with a message of resilience. “Tides are changing,” she declared. “I’m not having it any more. I have a voice.”
‘You only get one mum’
Over the weekend, Katie appeared to send a reminder to Princess that “you only get one mum”. She posted a not-so-cryptic quote on her socials that listed the stages of a person’s life, from aged five to 70 and how important it is to have a loving mother by your side.
The post said: “5 years old – Mum, I love you. 12 years old – Mum, you’re so annoying. 16 years old – I can’t wait to move out. 25 years old – Mum, you were right about everything. 30 years old – I just want to be at mum’s house. 50 years old – I’m not ready to lose my mum. 70 years old – I’d give anything for one more day with her.”
Despite the drama, Katie has insisted that her relationship with Princess is still rock-solid.
“Me and Princess have never, ever, ever had an argument to this day, or a disagreement. We get on like best friends, mother and daughter. Princess lives with me and she stays at her dad’s. She’s been staying at her dad’s the past two months because she’s been filming her show. Our personal life together is amazing.”
