BREAKING NEWS: Sidemen fans left in TEARS over ‘most diabolical thing that has ever happened’ in video.K

Sidemen fans have been left in tears over what some say is ‘one of the most diabolical things’ that have happened during the group’s videos, which is similar to a hit Prime Video series.

The collective of internet content creators including Britain’s Got Talent judge KSI and Strictly Come Dancing’s George Clarke, dropped their fresh content on Sunday.

It featured them emulating a popular show that’s gearing up for a second season starring a legendary comedian.

With a reputation for weekly posts under #SidemenSundays, they first rose to fame with gaming videos in 2013 but have since branched out into more personal ventures and collaborations.

Their journey is even chronicled in a Netflix documentary titled The Sidemen Story, highlighting their rise to fame. Their channel is peppered with regular challenges like 20 vs 1.

Their latest video, simply dubbed: “Sidemen try not to laugh for 24 hours.” It came with a description that read: “Harry doing Harry things lol.”

The opening segment set the stage for the challenge, stating: “I have locked myself and nine friends inside a house with only one room

“You cannot laugh. So throughout the day, we’re going to be trying to make each other laugh. And there’ll also be events happening designed to try and crack us. If you laugh three times, you’ll be banished to the punishment room.”

Audiences might get a sense of déjà vu with the format reminiscent of Prime Video’s Last One Laughing, which has various iterations on the platform, including a UK edition starring Jimmy Carr, reports the Mirror.

The show pits ten leading comedians against each other over six episodes in a battle to elicit laughs while maintaining their composure; they must employ every tactic to make their rivals crack up without succumbing themselves. Fans will be delighted to hear it’s set for a second season return, with Bob Mortimer rejoining the lineup.

Despite these parallels, The Sidemen’s take on the challenge has been a hit with their followers. A YouTube user exclaimed: “Simplest idea, but hands down one of my favourites. Haven’t laughed so hard I cried from a video in a while. Jack and Stephen are just pure bliss, incredible. Want them moreeee!”

Another concurred: “Nah man, I haven’t laughed this much in so long. Legit one of the best sidemen videos ever. Jack’s impression of Vik was just too good.”

A third reminisced: “This is such old school sidemen video vibes, not laughed from a sidemen video this much in a while.”

Highlighting a particularly memorable scene, a viewer recounted when Ethan unexpectedly leapt onto the sofa starkers, his face poorly painted as Spider-Man.

Their reaction: “This might be the most diabolical thing that has ever happened on the Sidemen YouTube channel. Spider-man Ethan will go down in history.”

The video has since ignited a lively discussion on Reddit, with fans deliberating over its ranking among the group’s recent uploads. One enthusiast declared: “We got an S Tier guys.”

In response, another user commented: “I thought it would be mid because I’m a bit older than most but actually was laughing throughout. Definitely one of the best this year. Although there’s been a few I’ve really enjoyed this year.”
