The Morning Show season four has come to an end and fans are already desperate for the next series after the “freaking amazing” finale.

The Morning Show’s fourth series has concluded, leaving fans heaping praise on its “breathtaking” final instalment.

The Apple TV+ finale saw everything reach breaking point as Celine Dumont (played by Marion Cotillard) confessed to manipulating the narrative at UBN and suppressing the Wolf River investigation.

Previously, Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) had been forced out of UBN by Celine using blackmail tactics, but she managed to turn the tables by threatening legal action against both Celine and the broadcaster after securing proof of her confession with assistance from Cory (Billy Crudup).

With Celine’s departure from UBN confirmed, viewers’ focus shifted back to Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon), who had endured 28 days imprisoned in Belarus where she suffered torture through sleep deprivation.

Bradley’s ordeal became major news thanks to Alex, who successfully secured her colleague’s freedom, resulting in their emotional reunion.

Following its release on Apple TV+, audiences have been effusive in their praise for the episode, with one viewer posting on X, formerly Twitter: “The most recent episode of #TheMorningShow is by far the best one of the entire series! Jaw was dropped multiple times. Bravo.”

Commenting on the reunion sequence, another remarked: “This is the most important thing they did for me in this season, oh God.

“OMFG this finale episode,” declared a third viewer, whilst another described it as “terrific”.

“Damnnn ok #TheMorningShow s4 finale kinda rescued it for me..they always have a way of making you yearn for the next season, though I’m thankful there’s no huge cliffhanger this time.”

Another viewer enthusiastically shared: “Season finally of The Morning Show was so freaking amazing! My gosh! One of the BEST season finales I have ever seen. Wish I could jump into next season!”.

Regrettably for devotees, whilst The Morning Show has secured renewal, its arrival appears distant.

Based on historical scheduling patterns, audiences may face a two-year interval before the programme returns, with predictions pointing towards late 2027.

“Jennifer Aniston’s performance in this season was per usual, incredible. She’s absolutely amazing and breathtaking.

“Give her all the awards. But now I cannot wait for another two years to see her on my screen again,” one viewer expressed.

Another remarked: “I can’t believe we had to wait two years to just wait another two years!”.

A third added: “We’re talking about two years! Again! I need therapy! I can’t deal anymore with this show! Make it stop!”
