GB News presenter Nana Akua has joined in on the Meghan Markle fury and called for her to lose her title

GB News host Nana Akua opened up her statement on Meghan Markle addressing a challenging few weeks for the Royal Family. 

She kicked it off with the “fun stuff” in which she placed Markle at the centre of a joke and said she referred to her relationship with Netflix as similar to that of the Obamas. She chuckled: “Get away!”

Nana then shared a clip of Meghan addressing the reason she turns off the comments on her post, which saw Meghan say it was because she didn’t want other people to see the negativity.

The host joked: “Perhaps she should name ‘as ever’ as if!” She also raged about a dinner party Meghan helped to host, and fumed that she had been talking about her busy working life on socials. 

“Seriously, the most work she probably has to do each day is decide what designer gear to wear,” she raged.

Referencing her 9-5 comment, Nana said how Meghan can have round-the-clock help if she wants it, which is “nothing like real 9-5ers”.

Nana then moved on to discussing Prince Andrew’s decision to remove his royal title, as Sarah Ferguson also lost hers. Reflecting on the decision, she said: “That’s what the King should do with Prince Harry. That way, Meghan Markle will no longer be the Duchess of Sussex.

“I believe she’s unlikely to visit, by all accounts she’s refused to step foot in the UK ever again. I’m not even sure she actually knows where Sussex is.”

Viewers rushed to the comments to agree as one user wrote: “From your mouth to God’s and the King’s ears. She has no hesitation about criticizing anyone, but is too thin skinned to hear criticism of any kind, constructive or objective.”

Another said: “Well said Nana. Markle got nothing apart from the titles. Together with Harold they are jobless their only income is selling lies about the Royal Family and living off the titles.”

A third wrote: “Agree how could the King stand by her knowing all the awful things she said about his parents.”

However, others shared their fury at Nana for focusing on Meghan in the midst of Prince Andrew giving up his title, while others defended the couple living in US. One person responded: “Harry and Meghan are leading a very good life, great family life in the US, great work, happy and healthy, no need for negativity about them at all.”

While another wrote: “Does it ever stop?”
