Kelly Brook has found herself at the centre of an unexpected storm inside the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! camp, after a seemingly small dispute with Jack Osbourne triggered a wave of online backlash — and even sparked concern that Jack might walk away from the jungle altogether.

On Tuesday night’s episode, tensions quietly simmered between the pair as Jack, 40, continued in his self-appointed role as the unofficial camp chef. But things escalated when 45-year-old Kelly appeared unsettled by how he prepared the camp’s potatoes, leaving viewers divided over who was truly at fault.

Kelly openly admitted the moment had thrown her off.
“I’m not gonna lie,” she confessed, “last night I just felt… lost. I just want to be useful, and I’m still trying to find my place in the camp.”

Explaining why she weighed in on Jack’s cooking, she added:
“I’m so sorry, Jack, if it felt like I was coming at you — honestly, it only came from wanting to help.”

Jack, who has four children back home, responded sharply:
“That’s just because in my world I’m always doing, doing, doing. I’m used to being the one who gets on with it.”

A Clash That Triggered Fears Jack Might Quit

Although the disagreement lasted only moments, it was enough to leave Jack visibly wounded. Shortly afterwards, he stepped back and handed all cooking duties over to Alex Scott and Shona McGarty.

But when Alex invited Kelly to assist instead, she refused — adding fuel to an already awkward situation.

Kelly later vented to the others:
“So he’s not in charge, but somehow he’s in charge of choosing who’s in charge?”
Her frustration was clear — but viewers immediately took Jack’s side.

Fans on X (formerly Twitter) slammed the moment as “unnecessarily dramatic,” pleading with Kelly and the others to recognise the emotional turmoil Jack is still dealing with following the death of his father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne.

Comments flooded in:

“I have no time for the little digs Kelly keeps making towards Jack.”

“Only Kelly Brook would start beef with Jack Osbourne — she’s so unnecessarily dramatic.”

“Cut him some slack! The man is grieving and keeping busy to cope.”

“Do not gang up on him. If he wants to cook to stay occupied, let him cook.”

The concern grew so intense that fans openly feared Jack might quit the show entirely.

Jack’s Grief Still Feels ‘Fresh’

Just days earlier, Jack broke down while speaking about his father’s passing, describing Ozzy’s death as “fresh” and “still hard to navigate.”

Sitting at the campfire, Jack admitted to Emmerdale star Lisa Riley that although the family knew Ozzy had been unwell, nothing prepared them for how sudden the end would be.
“It was definitely a shock,” he said quietly. “We didn’t know it would be that quick.”

His eyes filled with tears as he added:
“It’s been three — almost four — months. I’m still finding my way through it.”

Jack shared that his father would have been supportive of him joining I’m A Celebrity, saying Ozzy always championed bold, adventurous choices.

The Potato Dispute That Lit a Fuse

Earlier in the episode, Jack had confidently taken charge of cooking — a role he’d naturally fallen into. But Kelly’s critique over something as small as potatoes was enough to tip the emotional balance.

When Alex later suggested Kelly help in the kitchen, she declined, giving viewers the impression she preferred to comment rather than contribute.

Her refusal only intensified the debate, giving rise to fears that Jack’s grief, paired with rising camp tension, might push him to walk away from the show.

A Grief-Stricken Son in a High-Pressure Jungle

Jack’s emotional state has been on display from the moment he entered the camp. His father, Ozzy Osbourne — legendary frontman of Black Sabbath — died in July at the age of 76 following heart failure at his Buckinghamshire home.

Jack recounted the moment he realised his father was gone:
“He’d done this massive gig, then it was like… ‘I’m done.’ That was him.”

For a man navigating fresh grief, the jungle’s pressure cooker environment was always going to be challenging — and Tuesday’s dispute intensified that struggle.

Will Jack Stay — Or Walk?

While many viewers believe Jack needs space, others fear he is reaching an emotional breaking point. The combination of grief, camp stress, and criticism from fellow contestants — especially Kelly — has left fans anxiously watching his every move.

As one viral post put it:
“If he walks, this will be the moment that broke him.”

For now, Jack remains in the jungle… but the pressure is building.
