Chris Eubank Jr STILL in hospital as champion warrior recovers from severe dehydration after ‘dangerous’ weight cut
The post-fight claim that he was hospitalised with a broken jaw
CHRIS EUBANK JR needed an immediate hospital visit and a 24-hour stay after showing signs of chronic dehydration.
The post-fight claim that he was hospitalised with a broken jaw inflicted by Conor Benn were bogus.

And the gash he suffered from a Benn head clash could have been seen and stitched by the on-site doctors.
But Eubank was taken to the Royal London hospital so his kidneys, brain and heart could be monitored overnight, following a brutal 12-round fight and a dangerous 48-hour weight-cut dehydration.
After 36 minutes of breathless middleweight action, the 35-year-old should have been sweating buckets.
But after drying himself out so severely on Friday – and still twice missing the 11st 6lb limit – Eubank was bone dry and rushed to a ward.
Sr, 58, raced to be by his side and was still awake at 3:30am updating friends and family about the saga.
Eubank’s BOXXER promoter Ben Shalom shared on Sunday: “I’m pleased to confirm that Chris is doing well and currently resting.
“There is no truth to the rumours regarding a broken jaw.
“As part of his standard post-fight protocol, Chris is at the hospital for precautionary checks to monitor his vitals and ensure everything is in order.

“They take these measures very seriously, given everything they have experienced.
“This process is something they now prioritise after every fight.”
