Pregnant Jesy Nelson forced to undergo emergency surgery to save unborn twins to give babies ‘the best chance of surviving’

Pregnant Jesy Nelson has revealed that she needs to undergo an emergency operation to save her unborn twins.
The singer is expecting twins with her partner, Zion Foster. Last week, she shared that her unborn babies were at risk of dying from complications.
Jesy also told fans that she was at pre-stage twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome – and was having scans weekly.
And now, Jesy has issued an update to fans as she broke down in tears in a heartbreaking social media video.

Pregnant Jesy Nelson reveals update
On Saturday (March 8) Jesy took to her Instagram where she told fans she was going to have to undergo surgery.
“I’ve been feeling a bit poorly the past few days, been having a few symptoms that I need to watch out for which is like my belly tightening, struggle breathing. So today we came into the hospital to have a check up basically, just in case,” Jesy said.
The Little Mix star went on: “Unfortunately, the symptoms have got worse so they now have to perform the procedure, which is obviously not what we wanted to happen.”

Jesy Nelson ‘hoping and praying for the best’
Jesy then broke down in tears, as Zion stepped in to comfort her. She continued: “But it’s necessary because it’s going to give our babies the best chance of surviving.
“So we’re just waiting to go in and we’re just hoping and praying for the best really. I feel absolutely gutted because I was really hoping we wouldn’t be in this position.
“It’s obviously really scary because there’s so many things that can happen. Pray for us, please.”

Jesy’s fans send well-wishes to singer
Following Jesy’s heartbreaking update, many of her followers took to the comments section to wish her well.
One person said: “You’ve got this my beautiful I love you! Everything will be ok.”
Someone else added: “Sending you so so much love and positivity.”
A third also wrote: “Thank you, Zion for being such a great energy around Jesy right now. Praying that everything will be okay for you and the babies, Jes. You’re a tough mama.”
