‘I’m really shocked at what I’ve been told’
Danielle Lloyd has revealed she’s been diagnosed with skin cancer.
The TV star and model, 41, – best known for appearances on Celebrity Big Brother and SAS: Who Dares Wins – announced the sad news on Instagram on Friday (February 14).
Fighting back the tears, mum-of-five Danielle urged her followers not to ignore the warning signs.

Danielle Lloyd reveals skin cancer diagnosis
In an emotional post shared to her Instagram Story, Danielle said: “I don’t really know how to say this and I didn’t know whether to come on and say this.
“But I feel like I have to raise awareness of this kind of thing happening to other people. Today I have been diagnosed with a form of skin cancer.”
Urging her followers to go to the doctor if they see something that’s “not normal,” Danielle added: “And I just want to raise awareness for anyone who might think they’ve got something funny on their body, they see a mole that’s growing that’s not normal.
“Please please please go to your doctor. You just never know.”

The model went on to share her “shock” about the diagnosis, admitting it was “not what I expected”.
She said: “I’m really shocked at what I’ve been told today but I’ve been really supported by the Macmillan nurses at the hospital.
“I am going to have to have an operation to see if it has spread.”
Danielle continued: “But yeah, just honestly, not what I expected today. And I suppose not what anyone expects, but please guys look after your skin. Stay off sunbeds, wear factor 50. Just look after yourself because you never know.”

Danielle is a proud mum to five children:
Archie, 13, George, 12, and Harry, 10 – who she shares with ex-husband Jamie O’Hara.
She also has two children, Ronnie, six, and two-year-old Autumn Rose, with husband Michael O’Neill.
