Gemma Collins has recalled how she fell to the floor after suffering from severe pain. The former The Only Way Is Essex star was terrified after she fell to the floor in pain.

Worried, she considered heading to hospital but after calling her GP, they sent someone over to take a look at her and she was given a surprising diagnosis, which explained all her symptoms.
“I had a little gallbladder attack. I’m not sure if it’s linked, they say it can be linked, it’s not always the case, so I’ve had to slow down on it all for a bit. We were going away for Rami’s 50th and I was in excruciating pain,” she said.
“I’d taken him to a Ferrari day because it was his 50th birthday and we were flying the next day. I fell to the floor, whilst he was going round the track. And I was like, whoa, I’m in pain. And then I was thinking I’m gonna have to go and sit in A&E.”

She added to the Mail: “I called my doctor and he said, ‘let me come to your house scan you’. When he scanned me, it was gallstones. But gallstones, this is where I’m not 100 per cent convinced at the minute, gallstones, everyone can have gallstones and they can flare up at any time. You know, I was in such pain.
“I’ve got the medication at the minute that’s helping me. At the time, it was agonising and I thought I’m, I’m not gonna make it to Cyprus. But, you know, the doctors were great and I’ve got pain relief for it now so we’re just gonna really have to see how it goes.”
Gemma previously opened up about her changing face after losing weight. She expressed her concern over her face changing, insisting that all she ever wanted to do was look “natural”.
“I really don’t know what’s happened to me. I really don’t. It’s just come on me overnight. But it has been a year since I’ve had any little tweakments. I don’t know if it’s since I’ve been losing weight,” she said on Instagram.
“I’ve always had a fuller face, as you know. I do like expression around my eyes. I want to look natural still. But this just isn’t right. What has happened? I am 44 but this is taking it to levels that I never, ever imagined it’d get to.”
