Actress Michelle Keegan has shared a sweet new snap of her daughter Palma as they enjoy their first family holiday. Michelle, 37, and husband Mark Wright, 38, welcomed their baby girl to the world last month and have been enjoying a quiet getaway in the UK.

The trio have headed on a picture-perfect countryside vacation at luxury members’ club Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. And Michelle took to Instagram to share sweet updates from their retreat. One of the images shows the new mum cradling baby Palma, who is now four weeks old.

The Brassic star was seen kissing the tot as she stood on the porch decking outside their countryside cabin. Michelle was wearing brown leggings and a collared cream jacket in the photo, as she also wore open-toed sandals.

Another image showed hubby Mark relaxing in bed wearing a dressing gown. He was seen holding his daughter on his chest, while her tiny hand was resting on his mouth.

Other photos from the idyllic trip showed Mark and Michelle grinning together as they posed for a picture. She also gave fans a sneak peek into their trip, sharing the view from their cabin, which overlooked the water.

She also showed off their refreshing choice of drinks, seemingly Aperol Spritz, as they clinked their glasses in the sunshine. Another image showed Michelle in a bakery as she snapped the array of choice, including cinnamon buns.

Sharing the images on social media, Michelle gushed: “A little break away filled with special memories.”

Fans were quick to praise the star in the comments section. Among those leaving sweet remarks was Louise Thompson, who wrote: “Lovely gang,” in between red love heart emojis.

Mark also shared the same images on his own Instagram grid. He captioned his own post: “In my Dad era…. trip away with my girls.”

And his followers were also keen to share their love of the images on his post too. His sister Natalya was among those leaving a comment, simply write: “Cuteeee,” with three red love hearts. While Amanda Holden was among the thousands liking his post.

Mark also took to his Stories to confess he has been sharing “parenting advice with fellow girl dads”. While the clip didn’t reveal what was said, Mark was seen in discussion with hitmaker Ed Sheeran.

When he was recently asked about his parenting journey by Olly Murs during an appearance on Heart FM, Mark shared: “Mate, it’s hard to even put into words. This is the biggest achievement of my life – it’s all I think about.

“Every morning I wake up so excited just to see her face. That moment I held her for the first time… it gets me emotional just thinking about it. Everything else fades away, and you realise what truly matters in life.”

He went on to thank his wife for the strength she displayed when giving birth as he labelled her “a superhero”. The family recently posted a rare photo of baby Palma Elizabeth as they celebrated Michelle’s first Mother’s Day as a mum. In the snap the youngster was seen being held carefully by her grandfather as her grandma leaned in towards her.

The couple also revealed they have been taking turns with Palma’s night feeds. In a subtle post on Instagram, Mark shared a glimpse of his heavy-laden dinner plate one night, joking: “Carbing up for the night feeds,” and adding a baby bottle emoji.

The regular updates on social media come almost a month after they pair announced Palma’s birth online. They shared an adorable black and white photo at the time that showed them holding hands with their newborn daughter.

Alongside the image, they wrote: “Together we have a new love to share… Our little girl” followed by a white heart emoji.
