ONE of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing star’s is going to QUIT after being “pushed too hard”, fans claim as they slam the show’s “pressure”.

The latest series of the smash hit BBC show has seen a number of stars pull out, and now viewers fear for Alex Kingston, 62.

Over the weekend, The Sun reported how Strictly star La Voix would be quitting the series for good after suffering a painful incident in rehearsals.

Earlier in the series, Neighbours star Stefan Dennis was forced to quit after suffering a calf tear.

And, before Strictly’s 2025 instalment even began, Dani Dyer withdrew after suffering an ankle injury in training.

Now Alex has been added to the mix after seemingly dislocating her rib.

Alex, who is paired with professional Johannes Radebe, performed a stunning Couple’s Choice routine on Saturday.

The pair scooped 35 points from the judges, placing them second from bottom on the leaderboard.

Yet after a short clip of their choreography was uploaded to Strictly’s Instagram page, her daughter Salome Violetta Haertel was quick to flag she was performing through pain.

Fans are now fearing that she will join the long list of stars who have been forced to pull out.

Taking to Reddit to discuss, one fan said: “A dislocated rip sounds awfully painful. I think Alex will have the same fate as La Voix (first taking a bye, then announcing a withdrawal) as I can’t imagine a dislocated rib suddenly healing for two weeks.”

Another added: “There is a lot of pressure on stars, I think Alex will quit.”

A third said: “They do get pushed quite hard in rehearsals, There seems to be a lot injuries this year.”

However in a statement, Alex has reassured fans she is ok.

Taking to Instagram she posted: “I just want to assure everyone that I am completely fine.

“It is a minor injury… it’s all part and parcel of dancing at these levels.

“The comment was made by my concerned and loving daughter… nothing more.

“I will be on the dance floor as early as tomorrow morning… rehearsing. Super excited for next week. Cha Cha Cha.”

Fans were left devastated at the weekend when La Voix had to pull out of this year’s Strictly for good.

Originally, the fan-favourite drag queen was given a bye for this Saturday’s live show at the iconic Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.

Yet she then told how her issue was too serious to continue, before breaking her silence and admitting she was “absolutely devastated.”

However, at the beginning of Saturday’s special Blackpool episode, host Tess Daly announced that Ru Paul Drag Race UK star La Voix been forced to exit the competition.

La Voix then issued a statement which read: “I’m absolutely devastated to be withdrawing from Strictly Come Dancing.

“This isn’t the glittering exit I ever imagined, and it breaks my heart to feel like I’m letting people down.

“My spirit wanted to keep dancing but my foot had other ideas! Thank you for every cheer, every vote and every sparkle of support – it’s meant the world to me.

“This isn’t the ending I imagined but I’ll cherish this forever.”

Viewers saw last night as Alex Scott was caught with some contraband salt while cooking.

The former professional footballer had managed to sneak in five small packets of salt in to season the otherwise uninspiring and bland rations in camp.

In tonight’s episode the camp was punished, losing one star for Alex’s rule break.

However bosses offered them the chance to come clean about any and all contraband in the camp and demanded the stars hand it over.

And while Alex went to get her secret stash of salt, she wasn’t the only one.

Shona disappeared to her bed before returning to hand over a full-sized can of air freshener.

The large canister had viewers utterly confused about how she managed to get it into camp.

Celebs and their bags are thoroughly searched before entering the camp to catch any potential transgressions.

So to get the huge can in has left everyone stunned.

Even campmate Martin Kemp questioned how she managed to get it in without being spotted.
