Mahomes – who married wife Brittany in 2022 – already has Sterling Skye, three, and son Patrick Mahomes III, two.
But he does not rule out more kids in the future – just not yet.
“My goal was always three. So we’ve had three,’ Mahomes said.
“We’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.
“It’s cool to welcome another baby girl in our family and see how our kids react to her. Having baby sissy and stuff like that.”
Even his coach Andy Reid – a father of five – encouraged Mahomes to have even more kids.
“I think he does great with it,” Reid said.
“Once you have three, four and five are easy. That’s what I told him. You’ve made three, you add a couple more, we’ll talk.”
Mahomes and his wife are close friends of his team-mate Travis Kelce and his pop star partner Taylor Swift.
Kelce and Mahomes are both three-time Super Bowl champions and chasing a third with the Chiefs.

“I think every year is special,” Mahomes said.
“Obviously, you want to win three in a row and build those memories with the guys and the community. But every single year is special.
‘And when I look back at all the different Super Bowls that we’ve won, I look back at special moments that we’ve had and special games that we’ve had. And so, we’ll try to do the same this year.”
