Royal fans have taken to social media this week, calling for two members of the Royal Family to become working royals. Although loved members of the family, Zara and Mike Tindall have no royal titles, which means they carry out no official work for the monarchy.
Instead, Princess Anne’s daughter, 44, and Mike, 46, have their own careers, and only step out on the royal stage for big events, with Christmas being one of them. While the royal couple seem more than happy with this arrangement, which gives them the privacy to live a more ordinary life, royal fans have taken to X to express just how much they wish Zara and Mike would become working royals.

Prince Harry must be allowed back as a working royal to save the Firm, an expert has claimed. The Duke of Sussex stepped down from royal duties in 2020, but has since taken on engagements that echo that of royal tours, such as travelling to Nigeria and Colombia.
Harry recently returned to the UK to carry out a series of charitable engagements such as his yearly appearance at the WellChild Awards. The 41-year-old travelled back to his home country on his own, with Meghan Markle and their two children remaining in California.

Under-fire Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and Diana, Princess of Wales, were relative outsiders within the Royal Family and formed a close bond in the early 1980s, according to Paul Burrell, Diana’s former butler.
They both harboured resentment towards the anonymous Palace officials who dictated their actions, even giving the functionaries a sarcastic nickname.
In his latest book, Royal Insider, Burrell reveals: “They would discuss the dour men in grey suits within the Royal Household, nicknamed ‘the enemy within’.”

Princess Anne makes rare admission about her family on royal outing
Princess Anne made a rare admission this week during a royal engagement in Portsmouth. On Wednesday, The Princess Royal, 75, visited the Naval Children’s Charity (NCC) in her first visit as patron – a position she took on in March.
During the visit, Anne talked to naval families about various matters, including boarding schools. The princess also learnt more about the charity, which supports young people from naval families up to the age of 25 through wellbeing support, grants in times of crisis, and development opportunities.

Princess Eugenie brushes off mum Sarah Ferguson’s scandal as she posts new photos
Princess Eugenie has continued to brush off her mum, Sarah Ferguson’s latest scandal, by posting a new update about her charity work. Eugenie, 35, hosted an event to launch a new project with The Anti-Slavery Collective, a charity she co-founded in 2017 with her childhood friend Julia de Boinville in 2017.
The new campaign, which has focused on fake fashion, aims to educate people on the link between fake fashion and forced labour. In an Instagram post on Thursday, Eugenie said: “The Anti-Slavery Collective have been working on a project showing the connection between fake fashion and forced labour.

Inside Prince William’s solo trip with King Charles
Prince William and King Charles have reportedly enjoyed some time together this week at Balmoral Castle. On Tuesday, the Prince of Wales, 43, was seen arriving at Aberdeen airport after a joint engagement in Southport with his wife, Princess Kate.
It is believed he was then taken from the airport to Balmoral Castle, where his father King Charles, 76, is staying until the end of September. While William’s visit to Balmoral has not been publicly announced, it is widely reported that the first-in-line to the throne spends some time at the Scottish castle with his father every year, and has done ever since Charles became King in 2022.

Checks are having a moment this season, with heritage prints dominating runways and wardrobes alike. So it came as little surprise that Princess Anne embraced the look during her recent visit to the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre in Wales.

Shocking moment Sarah Ferguson storms out of car crash TV interview after awkward question
Sarah Ferguson has dominated royal headlines this week after she became involved in another scandal. Last weekend, it was revealed that the Duchess of York, 65, had sent emails to the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein in 2011 after he had been released from prison for child sex offences.
In the emails, Sarah had apologised to Epstein for disowning him and criticising him in a previous interview, calling the convicted paedophile her “supreme friend”. A spokesperson for the duchess has since said that she had only sent the email at the time as she feared Epstein was going to sue her for defamation.
While Sarah is facing somewhat of a PR crisis as a result of this latest revelation, it is not the first time she has been involved in such a scandal.
In 2010, the duchess was caught on video offering a News of the World reporter – who posed as a businessman – access to her ex husband Prince Andrew for £500,000.
This was an embarrassment for Sarah and the Royal Family, so much so that when she was questioned about it in an interview with 60 Minutes Australia host Michael Usher in 2011, she stormed out.

Prince Harry ‘like a brother’ to Ukrainians after visits supporting Kyiv’s war wounded
A Ukrainian paramedic once held captive by Russian forces described Prince Harry as “amazing” after meeting him in the war-torn country. The Duke of Sussex has visited Ukraine twice this year, including earlier this month when he was invited by the Kyiv government and a centre that treats amputees wounded in the conflict.
Yuliia “Taira” Paievska, who was held as a prisoner of war by Russia after being captured during the siege of Mariupol in 2022, said Harry’s support for Ukraine is “invaluable”. The prince said he wanted to do “everything possible” to help the thousands of seriously wounded Ukrainian military personnel after travelling to Kyiv and Lviv with a team from his Invictus Games Foundation. Taira said the Duke is “very supportive” of Ukraine after meeting him at the Superhumans Centre, a rehabilitation clinic in Lviv, western Ukraine, in April.

Seriously unexpected ex-royal joins Instagram and surprises with first post
A new royal has joined social media and royal fans could not be more excited. Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg, the former wife of Prince Joachim of Denmark, launched her new Instagram page earlier this month.
The Duchess was married to King Frederik’s younger brother from 1995 until 2005, and they have two sons together, Count Nikolai and Count Felix. Joachim, who is now married to Princess Marie, has two other children, Count Henrik and Countess Athena.

A friend of Sarah Ferguson has appeared on The Jeremy Vine show to reveal Prince Andrew’s ex-wife is “devastated” after being dropped by multiple charities in the wake of her latest scandal. Around seven charities, including The Teenage Cancer Trust, have dropped the Duchess of York as patron following the disclosure of an email she wrote to Jeffrey Epstein in which she described him as a “supreme friend”.
Lizzie Cundy opened up about her friend’s current state of mind on the show. Cundy described Ferguson as being in a “terrible way.” She said: “This is a shock, but he was so aggressive, so unpleasant, I think if anyone, if you thought your family could get hurt and bring your family down, what would you do?”

Prince Harry makes surprise appearance with Meghan Markle’s close pal
Prince Harry made another secret visit during his four days back in the UK earlier this month. The Duke of Sussex visited photographer Misan Harriman’s exhibition in London, in a trip that went unnoticed by the media.
he Nigerian-born British photographer has been very close to Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, and has captured many special photos of her family, including her pregnancy announcement in 2021 and Princess Lilibet’s first birthday portrait in 2022. Mr Harriman welcomed the Duke to his exhibition in London, called the Purpose of Light, at Hope 93 in Fitzrovia.

Royal sources have poured cold water on Prince Harry’s desire for a ‘half-in, half-out’ royal role, following his trip to the UK to conduct charity engagements. During Harry’s trip to the UK, he met with his father, King Charles, for tea at his residence at Clarence House on September 10.
Within a week, there were rumours that “high-level” talks were underway to bring the King and the Duke of Sussex together for a “public show of unity”, but this has since been quashed. As reported in the Telegraph, royal sources have said the King had been “absolutely clear in upholding his late mother’s decision that there [could] be no ‘half-in, half-out’ public role for members of the family”.

Meghan Markle has shared a new picture of herself in a huge garden with key details reflecting on her relationship with her husband, Prince Harry. On September 24, the Duchess of Sussex uploaded a picture of her gazing out onto her large garden in Montecito, with her two dogs, black lab Pula and beagle Mia.
Meghan captioned the picture: “Crisp air, blue skies, and the sweetest moments.” The photo featured two palm trees that connect at their base, which is a meaningful symbol for Meghan.

If Harry does not reconcile properly with the Royal Family his children could grow up in California never knowing their royal relatives, an expert has claimed. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle currently live in Montecito, California, with their two young children, Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.
The couple eventually settled in the US after quitting royal duties in 2020. Royal expert Hugo Vickers told the Sun’s Royal Exclusive: “If I was being brought up in California, and I suddenly discovered that my first cousin was likely to be King one day, I would like to get to know him, obviously.”

Royal fans were delighted this week after Princess Kate made a new appearance in Southport. The Princess of Wales joined her husband, the Prince of Wales, as they visited the schools of the girls who were killed in the Southport attack last year.
William and Kate met the parents of Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, Bebe King, six, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, on Tuesday as they were welcomed by pupils at two schools where the girls attended.
