Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have agreed to leave the Royal Lodge after public outrage over their occupation of the 30-room mansion on peppercorn-rent, according to reports.
However, the former Duke and Duchess of York, who surrendered their titles amid backlash to their respective links with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, are said to have insisted that they get a new home each in return.
Andrew, whose relationship with Epstein has dogged him for over a decade, has his eye on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former home of Frogmore Cottage, while Sarah wants Adelaide Cottage, the Windsor residence Prince William and Princess Kate will vacate next month.
“No one is really sure how it’s going to go down at the palace yet,” a source told The Sun. “Andy is willing to leave, but these are his demands. He is realistic and knows the writing is on the wall and that his time at the Royal Lodge is up.
“Sarah and Andy have lived together at Royal Lodge since 2008 despite being divorced … It’s incredible that they are willing to go their separate ways. But it indicates that they have been under immense strain this year and need a break from each other. It’s a fresh start for both.”

Princess Anne may be Prince Andrew’s sister, but it appears the hardest-working royal has started to run out of patience with the disgraced prince. While The Princess Royal, 75, has not commented on Andrew’s recent scandals, a royal author has claimed that she is becoming “fed up” with him.
This comes just days after it was announced that Andrew was no longer going to use his royal titles as a result of accusations against him, which he continues to deny, following his past association with the late convicted paedophile, Jeffrey Epstein. Since this announcement, Andrew has continued to dominate royal news, especially after the lease of his Royal Lodge home was published.

Insider gives seven-word verdict on whether Prince Andrew will publish tell all memoir
Prince Andrew position within the Firm and public perception have hit a new low over the last few weeks as a result of finding himself caught up in more scandals following his previous relations with the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. As well as losing the use of his royal titles, the King’s brother, 65, is also now facing potential eviction from his 30-bed Royal Lodge mansion.
While he is reportedly set to be moved to a smaller royal abode owned by The Crown Estate, with Frogmore Cottage being a rumoured option, Andrew will no doubt be feeling a great sense of loss for everything he had and positions he held. This has led to some fears that he could one day end up taking a similar path to Prince Harry, who penned his own memoir Spare after feeling mistreated by the Firm and members of his family. Although Andrew himself has not addressed this, it is believed the prince will not put pen to paper, with one insider giving a seven-word verdict on the concerns.

Sarah Ferguson feels she ‘deserves’ own royal home for surprise reason
In their exit talks with the Palace, Sarah Ferguson is reportedly wanting to move into Adelaide Cottage, a property near Windsor Castle, which is currently occupied by Prince William and Princess Kate. Sarah is said to feel she deserves another royal home if she moves out of Royal Lodge with Prince Andrew.
According to reports, Fergie believes she deserves an individual royal home to see out her years. Despite not being a working royal since she divorced, Andrew, she is said to feel “short-changed” after her divorce settlement was not as lucrative as the one received by Diana, Princess of Wales.
As reported in the Mirror, a source said: “Incredibly, Sarah has said she wants Adelaide Cottage. Sarah and Andy have lived together at Royal Lodge since 2008 despite being divorced and seen like they are still a married couple.”

Meghan Markle was mocked by fans online after they spotted one of her celebrity pals promoting her new book with a cameo of one of her competitors. The Duchess of Sussex, who launched her lifestyle brand As Ever this year and also released two seasons of a cookery show on Netflix, With Love, Meghan, is no stranger to British entrepreneur and fashion designer Emma Grede.
Meghan appeared on Ms Grede’s podcast, Aspire with Emma Grede, while she was recently seen attending one of her Los Angeles dinner series and stocking it with her As Ever wine. A few days later, the entrepreneur posted a new video announcing her new book, Start With Yourself, which is set to be released in April 2026.

Major royal tour announced to Australia and Singapore
Princess Anne is set to undergo a major royal tour to Australia and Singapore within weeks. The Princess Royal, accompanied by her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, is set to visit the two countries from November 8 until November 13.
In Australia, which Anne last visited in 2023, the King’s sister will undertake a series of military engagements in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane over the course of four days. Buckingham Palace said this is because the visit will mark the 100th anniversary of the Royal Australian Corps of Signals. As President of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the princess, 75, will also lay a wreath at the Sydney War Cemetery and the Anzac Memorial to mark Remembrance.

In light of increased pressure for Prince Andrew to be removed from his Royal Lodge home, claims made about his personality in an explosive biography, have resurfaced. Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, delves into the lives of Andrew and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson.
It also details Andrew’s treatment of royal staff and the bizarre requests he would make of them. Royal author Andrew Lownie was told by a source that Andrew’s attitude was that his staff were “there to serve and not to question his actions”.

Meghan Markle’s mum spotted at star-studded event as fans all say the same thing
Meghan Markle’s mum Doria Ragland was seen out at a star-studded event last week, however her daughter was nowhere in sight. Doria, 69, was one of the many guests to attend the Raising Eyebrows book launch with Anastasia Soare and Oprah last week in LA.
Wearing a long black skirt and a red blouse, Doria was all smiles at the event, where she joined many of Meghan’s friends. This included Oprah Winfrey and Jamie Kern Lima. The Duchess of Sussex’s mum posed for photographs throughout the night, with many noticing just how close she seems to be to Oprah.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are dominating the headlines once again today after it has emerged that they have one demand if they are to leave the 30-bed Royal Lodge mansion they currently live in. Since becoming entangled in new scandals surrounding their previous associations with the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, the divorced couple – who still live together – have faced a wave of public criticism.
This has led to them succumbing to pressure to drop the use of their royal titles, and now pressure to leave the 30-bed Crown Estate home they have been living in. Andrew previously signed the 75-year lease to the home in 2003.
However, with a potential eviction looming, it has been widely reported that Andrew has demanded two homes instead of his mansion – one for him and one for his ex-wife.

King Charles’s main priority in Andrew scandal exposed by expert as they tie up loose ends
A royal expert has suggested that King Charles’s main priority could be sorting out the situation with Prince Andrew before Prince William becomes monarch. In recent weeks, there has been intense focus on Andrew, 65, after the disgraced royal dropped his royal titles following more scrutiny of his interactions with the late convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Following Andrew’s decision to no longer use his Duke of York title, after consultation with both William and Charles, there have been questions over whether he should be allowed to use the Prince prefix too. Whilst that is up for further debate, Andrew’s announcement that he would drop his titles has raised questions about whether this part of some broader succession plan by the King.
Although it is believed that William, 43, won’t take to the throne for many years yet, royal author Phil Dampier has suggested that the King’s main priority could be tidying up the situation with Andrew, so his son won’t have to worry about it in the future.

Royal insider gives interesting verdict on Prince George’s future education
Prince George may be just 12-years-old, but already big decisions are being made about his future. While he is currently attending Lambrook School with his siblings Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven, this is set to change next September.
This is because the prince, who is second-in-line to the throne, will then move up to secondary school. While it has not yet been confirmed, the secondary school of choice is believed to be Eton College – the same one his father Prince William attended.
At secondary school, the prince will then have to start thinking about what route to take next, with one royal insider already predicting what this next move will be.

Meghan Markle teases countdown to new product launch within hours
Meghan Markle has teased the countdown for As Ever’s upcoming new product release. The 44-year-old is gearing up to release a new product within hours, with the royal having previously told fans via social media that they need to “save the date”.
Appearing to hint the product, although what it is has not been announced, Meghan took to the As Ever to share a clip with a card that says, ”tis the season’. The phrase appears to hint that it is a Christmas-themed product.

Sarah Ferguson is reportedly set to stop living with Prince Andrew and instead seek out her own home away from her ex-husband. While Sarah and Prince Andrew have been divorced since 1996, they have always remained good friends – and house mates too.
For years, Sarah, 66, has lived at Andrew’s sprawling 30-bed Royal Lodge home. It is believed the Windsor mansion was ideal for the couple as they could live together while having plenty of individual space.
However, now they are set to be evicted from the mansion, they may be house mates no more.
As reported by The Daily Mail, Andrew is reportedly eyeing up Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s former home Frogmore Cottage. Meanwhile, Sarah Ferguson is believed to be keen on making the nearby Adelaide Cottage her own when Prince William and Princess Kate move to their new home within the next few weeks.

Sarah Ferguson could be set to release a memoir after relinquishing her Duchess of York title earlier this month. It has been suggested that Sarah could follow in Prince Harry’s footsteps, with it said to be unlikely that Prince Andrew will “do a Harry”.
With Andrew and Sarah reportedly in talks to leave Royal Lodge, it has been said that the 66-year-old could “go rogue” and start airing royal secrets after the latest York scandal.
Sarah has reportedly held “exploratory talks” with a string of publishers who are keen for her to pen her first memoir since 2011.

King Charles confronted about Prince Andrew by furious protestor: ‘Did you know?’
King Charles was heckled during his visit to Lichfield Cathedral this morning, with a lone protester confronting him about his disgraced brother, Prince Andrew. The monarch’s pre-publicised visit saw him greeted by hundreds of flag-waving well-wishers, but not everyone in the crowd was happy to see him.
One protester shouted: “How long have you known about Andrew and Epstein?” But the patriotic crowd drowned him out, as they cheered and repeatedly chanted: “God Save the King!” Eyewitnesses said the King took no notice of the lone protestor, and the huge crowd was overwhelmingly supportive of their royal visitor.

Adelaide Cottage was ‘never original plan for William and Kate’ as they ‘compromised’
Adelaide Cottage was reportedly never in Prince William and Princess Kate’s “original plan” as the couple were forced to “compromise”, according to royal sources. Kate and William, both 43, are said to have wanted to raise their three children at Royal Lodge, but Prince Andrew refused to move out.
The couple moved into Adelaide Cottage in 2022, but only because their original choice appeared impossible to secure. Following their move from Kensington Palace, Kate and William are said to have wanted to move into the 30-room Royal Lodge with Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and seven-year-old Prince Louis.
