Susanna Reid debuted a striking new appearance as she made her comeback to Good Morning Britain following her summer hiatus – and viewers were unanimous in their response. Those watching Monday’s instalment of the ITV programme witnessed Susanna and presenting partner Ed Balls reunite to deliver the day’s headlines from across the globe.
Weather presenter Alex Beresford accompanied the duo to provide regular meteorological updates, whilst Ranvir Singh handled additional news segments throughout the morning.
Throughout the broadcast, Susanna and Ed examined the government’s tightened restrictions on asylum seekers bringing relatives to Britain, according to the Mirror. Additional subjects explored encompassed educational initiatives designed to help young males counter harmful online messaging.

The performer also expressed his desire to collaborate once again with Julia Roberts for a follow-up to My Best Friend’s Wedding.

The 54 year old presenter has refreshed her trademark dark tresses, opting instead for a considerably brighter shade.
