Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne Buswell has shared some information on her future on the BBC one show.

The beloved star, who is currently pregnant with her first baby with boyfriend Joe Sugg, has sparked concern that she may not make it through the series, but she’s waved off any worry.

Revealing she’s had sign off from her doctors, she has revealed that there’s nothing she’s been told she can’t do, but just that she needs to proceed with caution.

But now it seems she’s revealed how long she’ll be in the show, or at least how long she’ll definitely be in the ballroom for…

In a behind-the-scenes video with her celebrity partner Stefan Dennis, the pair were snacking on fortune cookies as Dianne said: “This could either mean you’ve got a week left, or you’re the winner of Strictly.”

Stefan opened the cookie and read out: “Financial prosperity is coming your way.” Dianne then shared a hidden fact about the show, telling him: “Well if you make Blackpool you get a bonus!”

She then told him that it means they’re making Blackpool, which is suggestive that Dianne will get at least halfway through the competition. Reading her own, it said: “People will have great respect for you”, prompting Stefan to say: “And I do.”

Her followers quickly flocked to the comment to share their thoughts on the Blackpool target with one person writing: “I’ll absolutely take Blackpool but you both could go further.”

Another said: “So so much respect for you Dianne! We all love you. Can’t wait to see you get to Blackpool!”

The reigning Strictly champion confirmed on Chris McCausland’s Winning Isn’t Everything podcast that she would keep doing lifts on the show, but explained there would be “a bit more caution”, due to her pregnancy.

She said: “My doctor said that everything is normal. He said, basically, if you’ve done it before, like in terms of you’re a dancer, you’ve done lifts, you’ve done this, you’ve done that, then crack on and keep doing what you were doing.

“He said, because you’ve danced since you were five, literally, this is what your body’s meant to do. He said, you shouldn’t stop what you do. So obviously, with lifts, you just do it with caution.”

Strictly Come Dancing is back on screens on Saturday night.
