Jesy Nelson’s ex Chris Hughes has congratulated her on the birth of her twin daughters, showing there’s no bad blood between the former couple.
The former Little Mix star, 33, gave birth to two happy and healthy daughters after a tumultuous pregnancy, which saw her living in hospital for the last ten weeks.
As Jesy and her partner Zion Foster shared the news on Instagram, Celebrity Big Brother star Chris commented: “Congrats both of you, stunning.”
Chris and Jesy first began dating in January 2019 and were together for around 16 months before splitting during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“It was a tough period in a lot of people’s personal lives and it was for me too, as break-ups are never easy. It was difficult. Sometimes you just grow apart,” he told The Sun.
He continued that the break-up impacted his mental health and led to ‘tough’ days, but assured they had remained friends throughout.
And showing they really did keep things civil, Chris appears to be over the moon for Jesy as she becomes a mother.

Many picked up on Jesy’s choice to give Ocean the middle name ‘Jade’, which is also the name of her former bandmate Jade Thirlwall, with fans assuming it was a tribute to the singer.
However, a source close to Jesy explained to Mirror that it was actually a nod to Jesy’s sister, who is also named Jade.
They said: “The names which have been chosen they came up with during their long stay in hospital over the last two months as they waited for the twins to grow bigger before they were born.

“Jade was always going to be a middle name as Jesy is very close to her sister. It is a nod to her sister rather than anything else.”
The source confirmed that Jesy and Zion are still in the hospital with the twins and could remain there for a few days yet.
They added: “They will definitely be in hospital a little longer yet but are just enjoying spending time with their babies. Jesy and Zion are so happy and thrilled the twins are here and have arrived safe and well.”
