Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce enjoyed a lighthearted golf outing in North Carolina with teammate Patrick Mahomes on Friday, giving fans an unexpected show to their game.
While Kelce soaked up some downtime at the iconic Pinehurst course, his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, continued dealing with ongoing personal challenges.
Word quickly spread about the NFL duo’s presence on the course, drawing a crowd eager to glimpse the Super Bowl champions. As spectators gathered around a green, Travis Kelce seized the moment, playfully bending over and flashing his backside toward the cameras.
The gesture, which was met with laughter, added to the relaxed atmosphere of the day.

Kelce and Mahomes enjoyed the afternoon round, with Kelce showing his putting skills to cheers from the crowd. At one point, he interacted with younger fans near the clubhouse before heading inside.
His North Carolina trip comes amid reports that Taylor Swift has gone into hiding, with sources telling DailyMail.com she has cut contact with many close friends. The singer has been mentioned in legal filings involving former best friend Blake Lively and actor Justin Baldoni, reportedly leaving her feeling ‘used.’ Additionally, Swift is grappling with the fallout from a custody battle involving her godson, Jaime King’s son, Leo Thames. While representatives deny she is in crisis, the situation remains tense.
Meanwhile, Travis Kelce appears focused on his form- on and off the field. The Chiefs tight end is gearing up for the American Century Championship in July, where he and his brother, Jason, will compete for the second year. Last year’s tournament saw Travis finish 63rd out of 90 players and accidentally hit a spectator with a golf ball. This time, he’ll be hoping for a smoother performance.
As the NFL offseason continues, Travis Kelce is making the most of his break, bringing his signature humor and energy wherever he goes. For now, his golf game is taking center stage, at least until football season rolls around again.
Details Emerge On What Taylor Swift Told Travis Kelce About His Retirement Decision

Taylor Swift played a key role in Travis Kelce’s decision to delay retirement for at least another year, according to a new report.
After the Kansas City Chiefs fell 40-22 to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 59, much of the focus immediately turned to Kelce and his playing future. The 35-year-old spent several weeks considering retirement before deciding to return for his 13th season.
If Taylor Swift wanted Travis Kelce to retire, one could understand why. The romance is blossoming, and both would surely enjoy more privacy and less media coverage about their relationship.
But according to a report from Eileen Reslen of Page Six, Swift actually pushed for Kelce to return for his age-36 season in 2025.
“She didn’t want Travis to retire,” an insider told the outlet. “She wanted him to go out on a high note.”
Swift and Kelce have been in a highly publicized romance for more than a year now, with the world’s biggest music star frequently attending Chiefs games. She attended KC’s Super Bowl 59 victory against the San Francisco 49ers, as well as their devastating Super Bowl loss to the Eagles.

When Travis Kelce announced that he was coming back for another season, he explained that he didn’t want the Super Bowl loss to be his final NFL game. And so, the 10-time Pro Bowler is back to give it a second go at Super Bowl ring No. 4.

Kelce has failed to record 1,000 yards receiving in back-to-back seasons, but the future Hall of Famer remains a vital part of Kansas City’s offense.
But Kelce signing up for another season means Patrick Mahomes’ security blanket and most trusted receiver isn’t going anywhere. The 35-year-old and Mahomes have been unstoppable more often than not during their time together, especially in big game situations (Kelce is the all-time playoff receptions leader).
Kelce isn’t a superstar anymore, but his presence still makes the Chiefs a lot more dangerous.
