Chelsee Healey revealed she was knocked unconscious in Dancing On Ice rehearsals before being cleared to perform in the first show.
The Hollyoaks actress, 36, who scored 22 points out of 40 and came at the bottom of the leaderboard, told how she suffered a ‘scary’ fall during practice.
He told The Sun: ‘We had one fall. She fell right on her tailbone, right on her coccyx. You know that shock that goes right through your body, and then she fainted. That was a bit of a scary one.
‘She was out for a minute. I was like, “Look at me,” and then there was no looking at me.’
The soap star didn’t recall much about the incident, but did note that she had to be ‘dragged off the ice’ by Andy and that she felt ‘dizzy’ before passing out.
She was then asked about how she felt about the competition following the series and claimed that it was the most ‘mentally challenging’ she had ever done.

Following her initial live skate to Beyoncé classic Crazy In Love, Chelsee admitted that she had never been ‘so nervous’ before.
Despite being all smiles throughout the performance , she explained: ‘I’m so nervous. I don’t think I’ve ever been so nervous in my life, honestly.
‘But I feel really proud after that.’
Andy added: ‘She’s fearless, she is such a trooper, this is not easy!’
Judge Oti Mabuse noted that she was like a ‘little pop rocket’ but criticised the ‘core strength’ that she felt the TV star lacked throughout.
Christopher Dean noted that Chelsee had seemed to suffer a ‘confidence drop’, and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo said remarked that it was ‘all sugar, no substance’.
Head judge Jayne Torvill wanted to see ‘more skating’ from the actress, and had scored her just five points for her efforts.

Over the years, the programme has seen a number of injuries befall its contestants.
In 2021, West End star Denise Van Outen dislocated her shoulder and Vanilla Ice was knocked out when he fell more than a decade before.
In 2019, TOWIE legend Gemma Collins fell to the floor and sustained a knee injury which she claimed forced her to drop out of a production of Chicago three years later.
