THE shocking details of why Brooklyn Beckham snubbed ‘heartbroken’ dad David’s 50th birthday celebrations can be revealed.

The influencer, 26, did not even call his dad amid a growing family feud.

Brooklyn’s wife, Nicola Peltz-Beckham, 30, is at the centre of the toxic fallout, The Sun on Sunday can reveal.

One source said ex-England captain David will do anything to make things right.

Despite being in London all week, Brooklyn did not see his dad on his birthday on Friday and jetted back to the US last night.

Becks was consoled by friends and family at a lavish birthday dinner last night at West London’s three Michelin star restaurant Core.

A source said: “David and Victoria are utterly heartbroken by the breakdown of communications.

“Brooklyn wasn’t in touch the whole time he was in London and didn’t attend a single one of David’s 50th birthday celebrations.

“He didn’t even call to say happy birthday.

“Given David is such a devoted family man, it is especially heartbreaking for him.

“He adores his son and will do anything to make things right.

“He is pretty shocked by the level of disrespect and fears for how much Nicola’s behaviour is affecting him.

“On a more positive note, he’s had an amazing week and feels super-loved and blessed.

“Victoria and the family pulled out all the stops but, of course, it’s hard not to think about the one person missing.

“It’s not just the disrespectful way he and Nicola are behaving, it also impacts the whole family.

“The reality is, Nicola has just driven a huge wedge between them all.

“They’ll always be there for him, but since he’s got together with Nicola — who is very headstrong — this has become quite a toxic pattern of behaviour and at some point you have to say, ‘Enough is enough’.”

A friend added: “Brooklyn can’t not take any responsibility.

“Everyone expected he would do the right thing.

“The family can’t believe Brooklyn wouldn’t stand up for himself and make sure he saw his dad.”

Another source said: “David loves his son and will always be there for him, but there’s a feeling that Brooklyn isn’t playing any part in the family and there’s nothing more they can do to change that.

Brooklyn and Nicola were absent from David’s lavish 24 hours in France on Friday.

They also failed to pay tribute to the ex-England captain on social media, unlike the rest of the family.

The couple, who married in 2022, also shunned the intimate family dinner in the Cotswolds earlier in the week.

They have flown back to New York to attend the prestigious Met Gala — an event, sources point out, they were only invited to due to their surname.

American actress Nicola’s parents are billionaires and exert a strong influence over their daughter.

Smitten Brooklyn has taken his wife’s surname in double-barrelled form.

This is the second time the keen chef, who recently signed a deal with a pasta company extolling the virtues of “family life”, has fallen out with his parents.

The Beckhams, who are close to their other two sons’ girlfriends, Jackie Apostel, 29, and Kim Turnbull, 24, reportedly found actress Nicola “hard work”.

Victoria, 51, and Nicola also feuded over the making of the influencer’s wedding dress which Victoria offered to design.

The bride later claimed the former Spice Girl effectively ghosted her when she tried to pin her down.

Doting husband Brooklyn then made his position clear, telling Grazia US Nicola is his “number one priority” and they “have each other’s back 100 per cent”.

Sources close to the Beckhams also tell of another incident at the wedding, hosted at the Peltz’s Florida estate three years ago.

Nicola didn’t let Brooklyn dance with his mum which is a wedding tradition.

They rubbish claims which later emerged that Victoria “switched” the couple’s first dance so Posh Spice would dance with her son instead of Nicola.

“This was utter nonsense,” says one witness.

“What actually happened is that Nicola didn’t let Brooklyn dance with his mum which is a wedding tradition.

“It was all very strange and the wedding day itself was pretty fraught with tension.

“This set a precedent and for at least a year afterwards, relations were strained.”

A source added yesterday: “Brooklyn fell in love and he has chosen his new family over his blood family. But they’ve healed things once before, so are hopeful they can do it again.”

Meanwhile, The Sun on Sunday’s exclusive pictures show how David celebrated his actual  birthday on Friday in style, with a whirlwind trip to France.

He chartered a £40million Bombardier Global 6000 private jet with wife Victoria and all of his kids — bar one.

Romeo, 22, and his girlfriend, DJ and model Kim, were present, as was Cruz and his partner Jackie, and Becks’ daughter Harper, 13.

They spent the afternoon tasting wines at an exclusive Bordeaux vineyard before landing back at Paris-Le Bourget airport to get ready for the evening’s festivities.

Dapper David looked relaxed and stylish in a beige blazer  and was seen brandishing a bottle of Petrus wine, which can fetch up to £60,000 a bottle.

The clan stayed at David’s favourite hotel, the five-star  La Réserve, where rooms start at £1,500 a night.

When they headed out in the evening, Jackie was dressed just like Posh in one of her signature oversized grey suits from her Victoria Beckham fashion range.

David chose to eat at his favourite restaurant Chez l’Ami Louis. And throughout the trip, he laid on a team of security to keep fans at bay.
