The Masked Singer viewers were left stunned on Saturday night after two celebrities were unmasked during the latest instalment of the ITV show.
The fan-favourite competition sees celebs don elabarote costumes as they perform while taking on the persona of an animal or object to hide their identity, with the judges having to guess who they are.
When they are voted out by the studio audience and the judges, the famous faces are prompted to remove their masks and reveal who they really are.
And on Saturday, Kingfisher was revealed to be artist Sir Grayson Perry, 64, and Snail was unveiled as singer Andrea Corr, 50, leaving the audience and the judges floored.
There are now just five characters left who will take to the stage for next week’s highly-anticipated semi final – Wolf, Bush, Bear, Dressed Crab and Pufferfish.
After her identity was unveiled, Andrea, the lead singer of Celtic pop rock group The Corrs, quipped: ‘I had such a good time, everyone’s been lovely, it’s been really joyous. I wanted to do it for the children.’

She added that she ‘loved’ her glittery pink costume and hadn’t told a single person she was taking part in the ITV competition.
Meanwhile, Sir Grayson agreed that he had a ‘lovely time embracing the spirit of the show’.
The judges were way off with their guesses for the artist as they believed Kingfisher could be comedian Harry Hill or Joe Lycett.
One of Snail’s clues gave the game away to some viewers early, as she waved around a fan with the name ‘Jane’ emblazoned on it, which is Andrea’s middle name.
However, the panel didn’t seem to pick up on it as Mo Gilligan guessed she could be Jane McDonald, and Jonathan Ross suggested Sugababes singer Heidi Range.
And Davina McCall suggested All Saints’ star Melanie Blatt, after the words ‘never ever’ were uttered as a clue.
Fans rushed to social media to react to the latest instalment of the show, writing on X: ‘Didn’t sound like her tbh I wouldn’t have got that #themaskedsinger.’
‘#TheMaskedSinger Kingfisher – I’m in shock I also would have bet my house that was Harry Hill. Right I don’t know who any of the others are, not even Natalie Cassidy is definite now.’
‘Well I would never have guessed Grayson Perry in a million years. Thought it was Harry Hill or Bob Mortimer #TheMaskedSinger.’

‘How amazing that it was Andrea Corr. Love her and her voice. #Themaskedsinger.’
After the show, Grayson admitted he was ‘gutted’ to have been voted out as he had two exciting performances lined up for the coming weeks.
He explained: ‘I was going to sing, ‘Feed the Birds’ from Mary Poppins and there wouldn’t have been a dry eye in the place! I’d already been practising. I could hardly get through without blubbing.
‘And then I was going to do ‘Stick Season’ by Noah Kahan. That’s a great song. Lots of words though. Very hard to learn but I had it nailed and I was really looking forward to it.’
Joel Dommett revealed the exciting news of the double unmasking just hours before the show kicked off.
The presenter, 39, appeared in an advert break during James Martin’s Saturday Morning ahead of the latest episode of his hit ITV series.

Joel revealed: ‘This week on The Masked Singer we’ve got two massive reveals, yes, it’s a double unmasking! So come and have twice as much fun with me, Mo, Davina, Maya and Jonathan. The Masked Singer continues tonight on ITV1 and X.’
The explosive show came just after an EastEnders star dropped a massive hint that he could be The Masked Singer’s Bear character, after he suffered an awkward blunder during a live interview.
Bear in particular is leaving viewers scratching their heads, with some of the most popular guesses including Anthony Head, Don Warrington, and Brian Cox.
However, Soap star Richard Blackwood, 52, whose name has also been mentioned, seemed to slip up and seemingly confirm it could be him.
At the end of a Good Morning Britain interview last week, the presenter jokingly asked the actor: ‘Just quickly, before we finish, are you doing The Masked Singer?
‘Because you’re getting loads of attention about it this week. Can you exclusively reveal it to us?’
Appearing panicked by the on-the-spot question, he got flustered and stumbled over his words.
Richard mumbled: ‘I could… because you made me feel so good and stuff. No, I can’t, I can’t. But the moves and the way I… I mean, that’s how I would do it.’
