Lawrence Jones, a popular Fox News host, shared in his book “American Man: Speaking the Truth About the War on Masculinity” that he once thought his father, Lawrence Jones II, was too strict. However, after talking to other men, he realized that his father was no different from other successful men. Lawrence Jones was raised by his parents, Tameria and Lawrence Jones II, in Garland, Texas. He graduated from Garland High School in 2011 and went on to study political science and criminal justice at the University of North Texas.
