“At Dolly’s request, a small, private service will be held for immediate family,” her inner circle posted to the music legend’s Instagram page, adding that fans could still grieve in their own way.

“Dolly’s fans and friends from around the world are encouraged to pay tribute to Dolly on social media by tagging @DollyParton or by leaving a message at http://www.dollyparton.com.”

In lieu of flowers, Dolly‘s family asked for donations to be made to her Imagination Library, a charity gifting books to children in need.

She will be buried in Nashville next to her beloved late husband, Carl Dean, who d!ed last year, TMZ reported.

As The U.S. Sun reported, Dolly’s nephew Bryan Seaver announced her de@th on Tuesday afternoon, shocking her fans.

“Sadness lies with us, not with Dolly,” Bryan said, claiming she beloved legend would finally be reunited with Carl in heaven.

On August 14, Dolly missed the opening celebration of NightFlight Expedition at her Tennessee amusement park, Dollywood.

“I’ve told you before, all my fans, that I’ve had a few little health issues, and sometimes I get a little dizzy and I get dehydrated.

“And so, my Nashville doctor has kind of clipped my wings, saying you ain’t traveling this week,” Dolly said in a video that was shared by the president of Dollywood during the event.

“I wanted to keep you all in the loop like I said I would about everything going on with me.”

She signed off by wishing her fans a “fun day,” and teased “I’ll see you down the road!”

Sadly, Dolly was unable to see her family, friends and fans again, passing away just days later.

Celebrity friends immediately paid tribute to the icon, who performed her beloved music for six decades.

Friend Reba McEntire posted: “Well, I just got the news that my buddy Dolly passed onto the higher and greater side. Dolly, thank you for all the wonderful things you did for us here on earth.

“Your love, your music and you gave so much with your huge huge heart. There will never ever be another you. We will remember and cherish every memory and every note you ever played and sang.

“Thank you, Lord, for Dolly. She’s gonna have a blast in heaven singing all her favorite songs with all her family and friends who have gone on before her.

“I’ll never forget the first time I met you and I’ll never forget our last conversation. I hold it with love in my heart. I will always love you, Reba.”

President Donald Trump also chimed in on Truth Social.

“Very sad to report that Dolly Parton, one of the greatest Country singers, and far beyond, EVER, has just passed away,” he wrote.

“This is a true loss for millions of people. There has never been anyone like her, and never will.

“In her honor, I am lowering the American flag throughout the United States for a one week period beginning tonight at 6:00PM. Rest in Peace, Dolly! The World loves you.”
