Kim Kardashian shared a glimpse of one of her grueling sweat sessions, after sparking concern over her very slender frame at the 2024 Met Gala.
On Saturday morning, the 43-year-old reality star gave a behind-the-scenes look at how she maintains her famous curves and incredibly toned physique.
In the short clip, the SKIMS founder wore a plunging black sports bra, matching leggings and her newly-platinum blonde hair in a low bun.
The mother-of-four’s skintight bottoms hugged her ample rear as she did squats with weights to keep it firm and shapely.
She worked out to the Rise App and joked that she doesn’t follow the trainer’s instructions all of the time.

In another part of the workout, Kim wrote: ‘Today @Senda.Greca gave me a preview of the 28 day challenge from her @we.rise.app. It’s just 20 minutes a day!’
Kim has been working out with personal trainer Senada Greca for years and she tagged the woman responsible for her toned abs and body in the video.
The workout comes after the TV personality took Saint West, eight, to his basketball game in the suburbs of Los Angeles this week.
Saint is one of the four children Kim shares with her third ex-husband Kanye West, the others being North, 10, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.
Kanye was also in attendance for Saint’s game on Friday, but he arrived separately and was seen quickly sneaking into the event.
The rap star turned up to his son’s basketball game in a gleaming Tesla Cybertruck, pulled up by the hedges and slipped straight out of the car and into the building.
Kim dyed her hair blonde last week with the help of hairdresser Chris Appleton, whose other clients include Jennifer Lopez and Ariana Grande.
She proudly displayed the new look this Monday at the Met Gala, which she attended in a head-turning custom ensemble designed by John Galliano for Maison Margiela.
