MOSCOW (Sputnik) – TV host Tucker Carlson was fired by Fox News because of Vladimir Zelensky, US journalist Jackson Hinkle said on his Twitter page.

“I have confirmation from a reliable source that Tucker Carlson was fired because he had the courage to report on the insanity of everything related to Ukraine and Zelensky,” – Jackson Hinkle wrote.

To further confirm this statement, the journalist cited an article in the British newspaper Independent, which said that Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch was very concerned about Carlson’s views on Ukraine and spoke to the company’s leadership before deciding to fire the TV host.
