First, it was Asuka dealing with online scammers. Now, Bianca Belair is calling out frauds pretending to be her parents in an attempt to scam fans.
On February 23, Belair took to Twitter to set the record straight after reports surfaced of fake accounts claiming to be her family.
“My parents do NOT have ANY social media accounts on ANY platform! If accounts are commenting, dming, or reaching out to you it is a FAKE account. Be safe out there!”
Belair’s warning comes just weeks after Asuka issued a similar statement, letting fans know that she only has four official social media accounts and would never directly contact anyone.
The growing number of fake accounts impersonating WWE stars and their families is becoming a serious issue. Asuka even called out hackers recently for constantly trying to access her profiles. Now, with Belair’s parents being used as bait, it’s clear that scammers are getting more aggressive.
If you come across an account claiming to be Bianca Belair’s family, Asuka, or any WWE Superstar reaching out for money or personal information—don’t fall for it.
