A third celebrity has touched down in Australia ahead of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The ITV jungle programme returns in just a week’s time – and a succession of famous personalities are making their way to Australia before the new series begins.
The stars have yet to be officially announced for the ITV programme, so those spotted arriving in Brisbane have been giving hilarious excuses.
Shona McGarty, who portrayed Whitney in EastEnders, was the third celebrity to arrive.
Upon reaching Brisbane Airport, Shona quipped: “I got on the wrong flight! I’m gonna have to ask for directions back now,” reports the Mirror.

When questioned about what she would miss most about the UK, she responded: “Not a lot. I really want to see a kangaroo. I’ve never seen one in my life.”
Previously, both model and Loose Women presenter Kelly Brook arrived as well as Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, who portrays Mandy Dingle.
Kelly Brook was first to jet into Australia yesterday to participate in I’m A Celebrity, announcing: “I am going to miss my dog Teddy, my husband Jeremy, and my food in general.”
And she quipped: “I haven’t seen my auntie Sheila for a long time so I can’t wait to see her, and I’m so excited that you’re all so excited for me.”
When asked about her feelings towards creepy-crawlies, Kelly jested there might be some in her “relative’s” garden and remarked: “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I’m visiting a distant cousin. I’m looking forward to surfing. Like I said, I’m looking forward to seeing my distant cousin that I’ve not seen for a long, long time… the koalas and the kangaroos. So much to look forward to.”

When quizzed about sleeping beneath the stars, she responded: “I’m hoping that I’ve got a spare room. I’m not sure about that.”
She described herself as an “Australian sunset” in her yellow and orange dress – before seeking shelter under a brolly from light drizzle.
She quipped: “Is it raining? Wherever I go I take the weather with me.”
Meanwhile, Emmerdale star Lisa Riley remarked: “I am a Dingle I can cope with anything…We did Dingles Down Under many years and I feel it’s only right we do it again.”

Lisa, 49, insisted she could handle any creepy-crawlies, declaring: “I’ve worked on a farm and it’s part of the job.”
Additional celebrities jetting Down Under include musician Martin Kemp, YouTuber Morgan Burtwistle, known as Angryginge, EastEnders star Shona McGarty comedian Ruby Wax, TV presenter Alex Scott and Jack Osbourne.
They are anticipated to be joined by comedian Eddie Kadi, rapper Aitch, and presenter Vogue Williams.
ITV are poised to officially unveil the line-up next week.
Two names will be absent from the announcement as they are anticipated to enter the jungle as latecomers.
Ant and Dec are returning to present the popular series, which is celebrating its 25th year. An insider revealed: “Producers are expected to pull out the stops to ensure the 25th series is the most memorable yet.”
