Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan, is making waves in the fashion industry as the face of Kenneth Cole’s “Purposeful Voices” Spring 2025 campaign. The 20-year-old college student and aspiring model recently overcame a harrowing battle with brain cancer and now steps into the limelight with a powerful message of determination and hope.

After months of grueling treatment, doctors declared Isabella cancer-free in July 2024. She will show seven distinct looks in the campaign, which Kenneth Cole’s daughter, Emily, designed to highlight strong, inspiring voices- making Isabella a perfect fit.

The campaign is more than just a modeling opportunity for Isabella. It represents a milestone in her recovery and a platform for advocacy. Speaking to PEOPLE, she shared her excitement about the experience. “Being on set for this campaign was amazing. I had the best time meeting everyone, and I was so comfortable. I went in the day before shooting the campaign for a fitting, and I was greeted with such kindness.”

Kenneth Cole himself has described Isabella as an “advocate for hope,” a title she has fully embraced. Throughout her battle with cancer, she documented her journey on YouTube, using her platform to encourage others to trust their instincts and advocate for their health. Isabella told Good Morning America, “I should have known something was wrong earlier, It’s always important to trust yourself and trust your body.”

Isabella’s modeling debut comes as she returns to her studies at the University of Southern California, having put her freshman year on hold due to her diagnosis. Meanwhile, her father, FOX analyst and Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan, remains her biggest supporter. “There will never be a time when she gets a scan where I won’t be on pins and needles,” he told GMA. Her collection, “Isabella’s Picks,” is now available online and in Kenneth Cole stores, marking a new chapter in her inspiring journey.

During the most recent NFL Draft in Detroit, social media was buzzing as athletes showed up to the red carpet event with their girlfriends and family. Many of the incoming NFL rookies were African-American and were spotted with white women, which has become the usual theme for years.

The same thing happens with the NBA Draft.

This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.

One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.

He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.
