We’ve seen it before, many, many times. Someone goes viral by pure happenstance, makes it big, and everyone tries to copy their success.
Haliey Welch, the latest internet sensation on account of her viral “Hawk Tuah” interview, is finding that out right now.
Welch’s popularity has grown exponentially since she coined the term during a random street interview that blew up online. And she’s getting paid handsomely for it.
The “Hawk Tuah” Girl might be here to stay as she’s retained Hollywood agents and is believed to be close to landing her own reality TV show.
She judged a bikini contest during a DAER event at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, this week and, according to TMZ, made $30 K for the appearance.
“Clearly, Haliey’s still getting accustomed to the whole fame thing, even though the fee she received for her first celeb appearance would bring anyone to happy tears. Sources tell us she got around $30K for the gig,” the outlet reported.
Other Women Want In On The “Hawk Tuah”
Videos have been popping up online, with women trying to outdo Haliey and create a viral moment for themselves since she blew up.

Doesn’t quite have ‘Hawk Tuah’ traction, and X/Twitter didn’t love it.
“Hawk Tuah girl was funny and unplanned this is just weird and gross,” a user wrote.
“Please stop making these clowns famous,” said another.
“Did she just call get her b***hole “toothless”?” a third asked.
“This is just gross,,,” someone remarked.
“This has increased the roaring hate in my heart,” another user wrote.
“No, we’re done. It’s time to stop.” a comment read.
And if you thought that was bad, wait until you see the new “Spit on it” girl, who literally spit on people in her cringeworthy interview. It’s incredibly hard to watch.
A lot of what made “Hawk Tuah” a thing is the fact that it was completely spontaneous. It’s going to be hard recreating such a moment.
Hell, even Haliey would have a hard time.
What Is RAS? Everything You Need To Know About The Draft And Athletic Testing Metrics

The NFL Draft is one of the most crucial events in football, where teams sift through a pool of talented prospects to shape the future of their franchise. While traditional scouting methods still hold value, modern analytics now play an important role in this evaluation process. Among the many metrics available, Relative Athletic Score (RAS) has emerged as a prominent tool in assessing a prospect’s athleticism.
Developed by Kent Lee Platte, RAS has transformed how scouts and analysts evaluate players’ raw athletic ability, providing insights that go beyond tape and in-game performance. But what exactly is RAS, and why is it so important for NFL teams?
What Is RAS And How Is It Calculated?
RAS stands for Relative Athletic Score, a metric that quantifies a player’s athleticism compared to their peers at the same position. It combines various physical measurements and drill performances from the NFL Combine and Pro Days into a single, standardized score on a scale from 0 to 10. A score of 10 represents elite athleticism, while a score of 5 indicates an average performance.
The algorithm evaluates attributes such as height, weight, arm length, and hand size, alongside combine results like the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, bench press, and shuttle drills. Each individual metric is ranked relative to other players in the same position, allowing for meaningful comparisons. For instance, a wide receiver with a vertical jump in the 95th percentile would score a 9.5 for that specific attribute.
