Kristin Cavallari has had enough of Jay Cutler.
While appearing on the Dumb Blonde podcast Monday, the Hills alum opened up about her ex-husband bringing “zero f–king consistency” to their dynamic, adding that their co-parenting relationship has been “so up and down.”
“[It’s] really hard. It has not been easy, to say the least,” the former Hills star admitted.
As she described a single positive moment in their “bumpy road,” Cavallari stated she and Jay Cutler were able to sit together at their son’s basketball game earlier this year without having any issues.
“We sat together at a basketball game earlier in the year, and I was like, ‘Holy f–k, this is the best thing that’s ever happened. Jesus Christ, we made it. We can sit next to each other,’” Cavallari recalled. “And we haven’t sat together since, so I don’t f–king know. What the f–k?”
Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari were married from 2013 to 2022.
Cavallari would go on to predict that she and Cutler wouldn’t spend holidays together with their three kids in the future.
She said that while not having a “family unit” during Christmas “bums [her] out sometimes,” she does not want him back under any circumstances.
“Coming from divorced parents, the last thing I ever wanted was a divorce. I won’t lie to you,” Cavallari explained. “That still will creep up once in a while. … It just sucks that we’re not together as a family.”
Despite stating that she “made a vow that [she] was done talking about him,” she would further address the end of their marriage.
“I don’t regret a damn thing,” she said of their “toxic” romance.
“There is so much good that came out of our relationship,” Cavallari added before comparing him to her own “narcissistic” father. She added she was “repeating a pattern with [her] dad” when she began dating Cutler.
“That’s what you do. I ended up marrying my dad,” she said.
Later on in the podcast, Cavallari called Cutler a “pathological liar” when speaking on rumors that he had an affair with her former friend and Very Cavallari co-star Kelly Henderson.
“I really don’t think anything happened,” she said before clarifying, “F–k, I don’t know, to be honest with you. Do I know for sure? No.”
“Jay used to trash her, which I now sort of think if a guy is trashing a girl, there is probably something going on,” the Laguna Beach alum continued. “When you’re dealing with a pathological liar, it’s hard to know what the f–king truth is.”
“There are things from my marriage that I will never know, and I’ve just sort of had to let that go,” she added. “I’m over it now.”
Jay Cutler Has Reportedly Gotten Engaged
Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler, who officially divorced from The Hills star Kristin Cavallari in 2022, is reportedly engaged to aspiring actress and influencer Samantha Robertson.
Cutler and Robertson have been dating for at least a year, but they did not launch their Instagram relationship until September 2023.
Robertson shared a picture of them in front of a sunset.
Cutler and Robertson each have children from their previous marriages. Cutler and Cavallari share three children who are all 12 years old or under.
Robertson, previously married to actor Trace Ayala, shares two daughters with him.

The NBA is facing a decline in viewership this season, and Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick hasn’t held back in sharing his perspective on the issue. Redick recently attributed the league’s ratings dip to consistent negativity in media coverage, which he believes has influenced fans’ perception of the NBA.
Redick also indirectly criticized analysts, implying that their constant criticism has harmed the league’s popularity. His comments sparked a sharp response from NBA legend and analyst Charles Barkley during Thursday’s “Inside the NBA” broadcast. Barkley not only criticized Redick’s statements but also took aim at the Lakers, questioning Redick’s job security.
On Friday, ahead of the Lakers’ matchup against the Atlanta Hawks, Redick addressed Barkley’s criticism. While the coach refrained from a direct rebuttal, he made it clear that he wasn’t overly concerned.
“I didn’t make it all the way through the clip, I got to be honest with you. My resting heart rate is probably 64 [beats per minute]. I watched the clip, it was 64,” Redick said.
“Literally don’t care. I have other thoughts, but don’t care,” Redick added.
