Kay Adams turned heads as she attended the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere.
The host of Up & Adams had a great time as she live-tweeted the show.
This was her first WWE Raw, so she learned things in real-time.
At one point, the former Good Morning Football host asked, “How many wrestlers can be in the ring at once? What’s the rule? This is chaotic,” Kay Adams said.
Adams also asked whether The Rock and Roman Reigns were friends as they glared at each other in the ring.
The most notable moment from Adams was when she took a short video of herself drinking and then turning to the camera to the ring.
Social media had a lot to say:
“The face of someone who doesn’t know what’s happening but loves what is happening,” one fan said while posting a screenshot.
A second fan added: “Love that @heykayadams might legit become a hardcore WWE fan after this experience 💪🏾.”
“Kay Adams is a national icon. Ratings in the morning on Good Morning Football. Ratings at night at Raw on X,” a third fan added.
“Wait…you like wrestling?! And they say there is no perfect woman.🤯😍,” a fourth fan commented.
“Yeah, I’d say you’re enjoying yourself,” one final fan said.
Kay Adams Made Shocking Announcement On Her Dating Life
Kay Adams, the popular NFL host, has always been a woman who had social media trying to connect her to being in a relationship with various men.
Adams, who has a massive social media following, has been linked to Daniel Jones and Shams Charnia, just to name a few.
The 38-year-old typically keeps her personal life pretty private, but rumors just kept coming up, and she finally had to speak out.
NFL fans believed that Adams was dating then-New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones.
“I’m not dating Daniel Jones — breaking, breaking news — I’ve met him all of two times, wish him the best, I’m pretty sure he has a girlfriend,” Kay Adams said.

Our heart goes out to everyone affected by the Pacific Palisades, especially to Steve Kerr and his family. The Golden State Warriors head coach received devastating news about his childhood home. This news came amid the ongoing wildfires ravaging the Los Angeles area. Kerr discovered that the Palisades fire tragically burned his family residence.
According to a text message shared by his mother, Ann, with close friends and family, the loss of the home has added to the emotional toll of the already dire situation. Mandatory orders forced Ann Kerr to evacuate, but she is currently safe with family and friends.
Kerr spent a significant part of his youth in Pacific Palisades. Before embarking on a 15-season NBA career, he thrived in the community. He also excelled on the basketball court at nearby Palisades High School. Along with Kerr, Kawhi Leonard, and Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick, they are also dealing with the repercussions of this natural disaster.
In light of the ongoing disaster, NBA spokesman Mike Bass confirmed that discussions are ongoing between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Charlotte Hornets regarding potential adjustments to their schedule. The two teams are scheduled to meet on Thursday evening, as Shams Charania of ESPN reported. Additionally, Lakers superstar LeBron James was one of several individuals who shared messages of support on social media for those impacted by the fires.
