Sydney Thomas is exposing she has had celebrities and a SEC football coach slide in her DMs following her viral appearance as the ring girl of the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul fight in late 2024.
During a recent appearance on the “Like A Farmer Podcast,” the 21-year-old model and University of Alabama student revealed that a prominent SEC coach messaged her, and the message was Alabama-themed.
“It was from another SEC football team coach, and they just DM’d me, ‘Roll Tide,’” said Thomas, who was asked about the “craziest DM you’ve gotten” since the Tyson-Paul fight.
“I’m not going to say what coach it was but they’re an Alabama fan — now at least. We’ll let everyone else figure it out for themselves who it was.”
The most notable coach that everybody brought up was Lane Kiffin.
Kiffin is the head coach at Ole Miss, where he has a record of 44-18 since taking over in 2020. He was previously married and has three kids, but he has been divorced since 2016.
So, his jumping in on Sydney Thomas’ messages wouldn’t be that big of a shock since he was a single man at the time.
Fast forward to this week, and we are now finding out who that coach was.
Maddy Muir, a friend of Thomas, took to her SnapChat and posted the message that showed it was actually Kiffin.
He wrote “RTR,” which stands for Roll Tide Roll.
Lane Kiffin Is Unlikely To Further Pursue Sydney Thomas
Sydney Thomas, who gained popularity after serving as the ring girl for the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight, claimed an SEC coach slid into her DMs after the bout.
“It was from another SEC football team coach and they just DM’d me: ‘Roll Tide’.”
We are now finding out that it was indeed Lane Kiffin.
Whatever he was trying to get into is now over, as the Ole Miss Rebels football coach and his ex-wife Layla Kiffin are back together after divorcing in 2016.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.
In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.
“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.
Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
