However, it wasn’t just his commentary that had fans buzzing- it was his face.
Viewers took to social media, speculating that the 47-year-old NFL legend had undergone plastic surgery to maintain his youthful look. Some even claimed that Brady was “addicted” to cosmetic procedures, citing his seemingly tighter, more refined facial features as evidence. Despite the online frenzy, Brady has repeatedly denied undergoing any surgical enhancements.

Brady addressed similar rumors in 2023 on his Let’s Go podcast, attributing his changed appearance to post-retirement weight loss. “Yeah, I’m down about 10 pounds, but I’m actually very fit right now,” he explained. He credited the drop in stress since leaving the NFL for his leaner, more chiseled look.
Still, social media remained skeptical.
Business executive Nick Huber, who boasts over 394,000 followers on X (formerly Twitter), questioned Brady’s appearance during the Super Bowl broadcast, writing, “Is Tom Brady getting a bunch of plastic surgery? Something looks off.”
Another user with 18,000 followers quipped, “I don’t know what’s scarier. The Chiefs offensive line or Tom Brady’s plastic surgery.”
Dr. Brandon Richland, a cosmetic surgeon, analyzed Brady’s changing looks in a blog post, acknowledging the differences but stopping short of confirming any procedures. “Earlier photos show a more rugged, natural look, while more recent images reveal a smoother and more refined appearance,” Richland wrote. However, he emphasized that no actual evidence exists to support claims of surgical enhancements.
Despite the speculation, Brady has continued to dismiss the rumors. Whether it’s genetics, a healthier lifestyle, or simply good lighting, one thing is clear- Brady remains a magnet for public scrutiny, even in retirement.
