The Las Vegas Aces rookie took to Instagram on Sunday night to post a mirror selfie with another woman to her story, sparking rumors of a possible relationship.

The woman, who has been identified as Claire Gransee, was classmates with Kate at Iowa and graduated this year.

She’s been trending on social media since the apparent reveal.

Kate Martin Is Making The Most Of Her WNBA Opportunity

Martin starred alongside Caitlin Clark at Iowa but wasn’t sure she would get drafted; she was only holding out hope.

She’s played very well over the first few weeks of the WNBA season, with the Aces surprisingly picking her in the second round.

“She executed our schemes really well. She plays so hard. Her sense of urgency has really been there the whole time,” head coach Becky Hammond told reporters recently.

The Aces are scheduled to play Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky this Thursday following a loss to the Connecticut Sun last Friday.
