Additional details have emerged following the shocking news of Skip Bayless getting sued for s3xual harassment by a former FOX employee.
News of the lawsuit naming Skip, as well as other FOX staffers, including Joy Taylor, was broken by Front Office Sports on Sunday. Their report notes that hairstylist Noushin Faraji accused Bayless of propositioning her to sleep with him and offering her as much as $1.5 million.
According to the suit, Skip began giving Faraji “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts” after she began working on ‘Undisputed.’
Faraji, who worked at FOX for 12 years until last August, claims she repeatedly rebuffed Bayless’ advances, telling him she was not interested in him and didn’t date coworkers.
She even told him she had ovarian cancer after experiencing issues with her left ovary in an attempt to get him to stop, but it only made him “more aggressive.”
Skip Bayless Accused Of Dragging Shannon Sharpe Into Office Drama
Faraji alleges that Skip offered her the aforementioned sum to sleep with him and said he could change her life. She says he also accused her of sleeping with ‘Undisputed’ co-host Shannon Sharpe.
“As the suit alleges: “Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr. Bayless responded: “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?” Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
Faraji notes having made several complaints to the Human Resources and Employee Relations departments, which all fell on deaf ears.

The Dallas Cowboys won’t be going to the playoffs this year, but the same can’t be said for Ezekiel Elliott.
The former Pro Bowl running back was released by the team at his request near the end of the regular season and has since signed with a new organization.
According to FOX’s Jordan Schultz, Elliott is joining the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Chargers had previously been named as a potential destination for the player, given injuries to Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins. Elliott should give head coach Jim Harbaugh a solid option in the backfield, considering his playoff experience and ability in short-yardage situations.
