Social media was treated to some fake Kevin Durant relationship news this Friday, and it appears lots of people fell for it.
The Phoenix Suns star has seemingly been single his entire career – either that, or he’s really good at keeping his flings under wraps.
Either way, the two-time NBA champion is married to the game, and basketball is his priority. Still, he’s known to shoot his shot every now and then, which was the case during a recent interview with Kayla Adams.
The notorious NBA Centel account shared a photo of the superstar forward with reporter Taylor Rooks at All-Star Weekend, citing TMZ as a source and claiming that the two are in a “private relationship.”
“Kevin Durant and Taylor Rooks are reportedly in a “private” relationship, per @TMZ_Sports,” they wrote.

Had KD really hooked up with Taylor Rooks, it would have been quite something, and the internet would never stop talking about it.
Durant is, of course, a future Hall of Famer and is widely thought to be the greatest scorer in the history of the game. Rooks, meanwhile, has been one of the more popular reporters in sports media for a few years.
It is rumored that she dated NBA player Kendall Marshall several years ago, but their relationship was never confirmed.
In more recent times, she’s been linked to Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, having been spotted out with the NFL stars.
