The NFL is a sport filled with names that nearly everyone can pin a face to. Some names like Kelce and Manning can be attributed to some legendary players. Mahomes is one of those names. However, it does get dragged down every once in a while, Jackson Mahomes having a hand in almost all of it.
Patrick Mahomes may be the best player on an NFL roster, and there is little to no argument about that. However, his brother, Jackson Mahomes, is quite the fiend for controversy and sometimes tends to tear down the Mahomes brand.
The younger Mahomes brother has once again found himself in some hot water for one of the weirdest reasons ever, and it’s not like fans are all that concerned. Mahomes was recently caught ‘hitting’ on Patrick’s teammate Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend.
In a screenshot captured by X account MLFootball, Mahomes praises Kayla Nicole’s Instagram post, commenting, “You ate with this fit. Very demure,” as she posed in a white cropped t-shirt and short brown skirt.
Jackson Mahomes May Be The Most Hated Person On The Internet Right Now
Fans don’t seem to be convinced of the younger Mahomes brother’s being an attempt at flirting with the Chief’s tight-end ex, as one fan commented, “This isn’t flirting, this is just how the girlies talk to each other nowadays.”
Other fans questioned Jackson’s s3xuality due to the apparent vibes he gives off. One fan was very confused after the post, saying, “Nah, he don’t swing that way.”
The rest pointed out that Travis Kelce most likely does not have enough care to give, as he is currently dating the biggest pop star in the world. One X user commented, “Dude is dating Taylor Swift. Like he cares.”
After everything is said and done, the odds are that this is nothing special, and Travis wouldn’t care. If anything does happen, it would break the NFL world into pieces.

The Brooklyn Nets faced a challenging defeat on Wednesday, suffering a 113-98 loss to the Detroit Pistons. While the team was unable to secure a win, young star Noah Clowney had a standout performance. However, the game wasn’t without its setbacks for Clowney, as he was left shaken by an elbow to the neck from Pistons center Isaiah Stewart.
The incident took place with the score at 23-27 when Stewart seemingly made an intentional move by elbowing Clowney in the neck. As a result, Stewart was assessed a Flagrant 1 foul for the dangerous elbow. The elbow left Clowney struggling to breathe after being hit in the windpipe. The Slo-Mo clip of the incident reveals that Stewart’s actions were deliberate.
Despite the injury, Clowney continued to play through the discomfort and delivered a stellar performance for the Nets. He recorded a career-high 29 points, six rebounds, three assists, and three steals. He has achieved a milestone as the youngest player in franchise history to score 25+ points, grab 5+ rebounds, and make 5+ three-pointers in a single game.
Noah Clowney Reflects On His Three-Point Shooting Success With Nets
After the Brooklyn Nets’ loss to the Detroit Pistons, Noah Clowney opened up about his improvement in three-point shooting. Despite shooting just 29% from beyond the arc during his time at Alabama, Clowney has shown significant progress with the Nets this season.
“I don’t like where teams have the ability to sack off because I’m a weak shooter. I shot 29 percent at Alabama, but I knew I could shoot. Other people knew I could shoot. Somebody took a chance, and here we are. I feel like I can get in the lane,” Clowney said.
