Stephen A Smith has shared what he’s found out about the woman accusing Skip Bayless of s3xual harassment following a bombshell lawsuit filed last week.
Bayless, a former show host at FS1, is alleged to have made multiple unwanted advances toward Noushin Faraji, a hairstylist who worked at FOX for 12 years. Faraji claims Bayless offered her $1.5 million to sleep with him and began giving her “lingering kisses” while constantly making physical contact with her once she began working with him and Shannon Sharpe at ‘Undisputed.’
Smith, who worked with Bayless on ESPN’s ‘First Take’ for several years before the latter moved to FOX, addressed the lawsuit highlighted by Front Office Sports on his show, ‘The Stephen A. Smith Show’ on Monday.
Stephen A cast doubt over whether Bayless would ever consider handing over that much money to sleep with someone, given how cheap he knows him to be.
“The Skip Bayless I know has a hard time giving away $15,” he declared. “He’s one of the cheapest people I know … But that doesn’t mean that I have any inside knowledge of this — I don’t. And I’m not going to get involved.”

The ESPN analyst also claimed to have had conversations about Faraji, whom he does not know, and found out she’s very detailed.
“This person who is a hair stylist, the people that I’ve spoken to in the last 24 hours that have some knowledge about her says that she’s meticulous with her details and she’s going to chronicle things and that’s how she operates,” he added.
“I don’t know her. I know Skip and I’m very, very heartbroken that he finds himself in this situation being accused of these allegations. But I can’t be all over the airwaves being irresponsible and attaching truth or guilt to anything.”
Faraji also alleged that Bayless got even more aggressive in his approach after she tried to get him to back off by telling him she had ovarian cancer and even accused her of sleeping with Shannon Sharpe.
The lawsuit also names FOX executive Charlie Dixon, who Faraji says squeezed her buttocks while they were at a party, as a defendant.
Joy Taylor has fielded accusations as well, with Faraji claiming she told her to “get over it” when she relayed her experience with Dixon and then making fun of her last name once their friendship soured.

Movie enthusiasts have long wondered what Kevin McCallister’s parents from the ‘Home Alone’ films did for a living.
The title and its sequel, ‘Home Alone 2: Lost In New York,’ are two of the most iconic Christmas films ever made and remain popular to this day.
Macaulay Culkin returns to screens as the aforementioned McCallister boy every holiday season, which is why people keep asking what his parents, Peter and Kate, did for work. After all, they lived in a huge house in the Chicago suburbs and could have afforded to travel to France for Christmas.
The house was worth around $1 million in the late 1980s and the first movie launched in 1990. It would probably be worth significantly more in 2024.
Kevin’s parents, Peter and Kate, were played by the late John Heard and Catherine O’Hara, who were both successful in their careers. According to director Chris Columbus, who revealed as much to The Hollywood Reporter, Peter may have worked in advertising, while Kate was a fashion designer.
