Over the weekend, Sydney Sweeney took her grace and beauty to accompany her “Anyone But You” costar, Glen Powell, to his sister’s wedding.

A day that should’ve been about the bride quickly turned into something else as Sweeney’s outfit for the event caused major issues.

Sweeney’s baby blue dress at Powell’s sister’s wedding has divided fans, with many branding the outfit “inappropriate” for the event.

The “Euphoria” star rocked the outfit, which included a corset-style bodice and ruffled maxi skirt.

“LOVE Sydney but that dress is too light of a blue for a wedding. The #1 of a wedding is DONT WEAR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE TO WHITE,” a fourth fan added.

One final fan said: “Wtf is wrong with this woman Sydney!? The dress, the color, nothing is appropriate for a wedding.”

Sydney Sweeney Ends Relationship With Fiance

Sydney Sweeney managed to keep her longtime relationship with Jonathan Davino out of the spotlight, but some things just couldn’t be ignored in her personal life.

The pair were planning their wedding after getting engaged in 2022.

Something bad must have happened behind the scenes because sources for Us Weekly stated that Sweeney and Davino, who were first linked in 2018, are “having major issues but are not fully split.”

Per the source, wedding plans have since come “to a halt.”

Things have only gotten worse for the couple.

Per Page Six, Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino have ended things for good.

“She’s exactly where she wants to be. Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She’s all about working right now and very excited about all her projects,” a source told People Monday.

The source added, “What did make her overwhelmed, though, was her relationship and her wedding. She didn’t feel right about it.”

The insider told the outlet that Sweeney is “in the middle of a magical career” right now and wants to keep her focus on that.

This year, the discourse on the NFL Draft and NBA Draft has gotten even louder as African-American women openly pondered why so many of the players never have a partner that is the same race as them.

One guy on TikTok decided to answer that question by revealing that the vast majority of his division-1 friends in college or headed to the league are dating or married to white women and explained why.

He stated that some of them had told him that their white girlfriend looked up to Taylor Swift while their girlfriend looked up to Megan The Stallion. He then states the guy asks how many white women he has seen doing the Megan Thee Stallion challenge as opposed to Black women.

He then dove into another story of a friend who relayed that his Black girlfriend started to request money from him as soon as she found out about his NIL money. She wanted her hair and nails done. He then added that the Black women would be upset if they went to places like Chipotle, and she demanded steak houses.
