Terry Bradshaw made a pretty wild claim about Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn during the NFC Title pregame on Sunday.

The longtime broadcaster said Quinn coached in Super Bowl 16, prompting fans to take to social media and suggest he may have been intoxicated.

“Terry Bradshaw just said Dan Quinn was coaching in Super Bowl 16,” someone shared on X.

“Pretty sure Dan Quinn wasn’t coaching Super Bowl 16…Terry Bradshaw,” another wrote.

“Is Bradshaw hammered?” a fan asked.

“Terry Bradshaw seems kinda tipsy or is it just me?” another inquired.

Terry Bradshaw Was Wrong…

If, somehow, you’re wondering whether Bradshaw was speaking fact, Dan Quinn did not coach any of the teams at Super Bowl 16. The game took place in 1982, when the Commanders HC was only 14 years old.

In any case, Quinn is hoping to go to this year’s Super Bowl. He won a title with the Seattle Seahawks as a defensive coordinator at the end of the 2013 season but is looking to repeat the feat as a head coach.
