Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes have arrived at the 2025 Super Bowl to cheer on their men and The Kansas City Chiefs – and they’re both decked out in white for this potential reason.
Just one hour before the Chiefs’ big game against The Philadelphia Eagles, the ladies debuted their looks for the night, with Taylor in an oversized white blazer and thigh-high white leather boots, and Brittany in a white corset top and matching jean jacket and pants.
While both of them sported hints of red in their outfits – Taylor with a ruby ‘T’ chain and Brittany with the words ‘Chiefs’ emblazoned in red on the bottom leg of her pants, they were more decked out in neutrals than the signature Chiefs’ colors.

According to Sports Illustrated, teams who have worn white jerseys during the Super Bowl have historically had a better shot at taking home the Lombardi Trophy.
The outlet reported that 16 of the last 20 Super Bowl winners have worn white jerseys.
In 2023, the Kansas City Chiefs donned white jerseys when they won their first Super Bowl with Patrick Mahomes.
However, in 2024, they won the game while wearing red jerseys.

This year, the team will be wearing white jerseys once again – so it’s possible that Taylor and Brittany wanted to pay homage to their men by wearing the same color.
Per Essentially Sports, white also represents ‘underdog victories, comeback stories, and unshakeable composure under pressure.’
And, interestingly enough, President Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump also wore white to the big game, dressed in a matching sleeveless pantsuit.
She joined her dad, who is the first sitting president to attend the Super Bowl.
Earlier this week during a press conference, Taylor’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, described Trump’s attendance as an ‘honor.’
‘It’s awesome. It’s a great honor, I think, no matter who the president is,’ the celebrated tight end responded.
‘I’m excited because it’s the biggest game of my life and having the president there — it’s the best country in the world — and that’s pretty cool.’
Swift and Trump’s animosity towards each other is well known, with the president, 78, even going as far as to publicly declare that he ‘hates’ the singer.

However, a source told DailyMail.com exclusively that Taylor is not mad at her boyfriend for his remarks.
‘Taylor is not angry at Travis for what he said,’ a source exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com. ‘Although Travis’s quote was taken as he supports Trump, this is not what Travis said at all.’
His comments come after Taylor endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
