Roki Sasaki’s long-awaited free agency has come to an end after he decided to join the Los Angeles Dodgers. Despite several reports of Sasaki moving to the Padres, the Japanese star chose to join Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
Sasaki will get the rookie salary from the Dodgers with a signing bonus of $6.5 million. Signing with the Dodgers was probably the top priority for the pitcher. He will pitch alongside one of the best MLB stars in 2025. Moreover, it’s comfortable to join a team that has two of his countrymen.
The pitcher will have friends in the league to get started, and communication will not be an issue. While Roki Sasaki had his reasons for choosing the Dodgers, many believe the franchise had a pre-cut deal even before the process started.
MLB analyst Jim Bowden thinks several teams will question the commissioner’s office for this signing. On the other hand, some fans are frustrated with the Dodgers for getting all the top players. One particular fan took to social media to rant about the recent signing.

Japanese fans are excited to see three of their stars pitch in their favorite team. It’s a big day for Dodgers fans to get one of the best pitchers to join their team. The Dodgers have built a formidable squad for their 2025 season.
Early projections show the Dodgers as the World Series favorites in 2025. The franchise has more than one billion in deferred money on player contracts. However, they have emerged as a super team. With Ohtani set to pitch this season, the Dodgers are undoubtedly one of the top teams.
Roki Sasaki’s signing has caused a stir on social media, and several fans are unhappy with the decision.

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been accused of being a serial cheater who makes women sign non-disclosure agreements before getting involved with them.
James has kept a squeaky-clean reputation since he was drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003. But, every now and then, someone comes out with claims of infidelity.
The latest such accuser happens to be podcaster Sofia Franklyn, who has asserted that LeBron, as well as actor Leonardo DiCaprio, get their associates to make contact with women, who are then asked to sign NDAs once they agree to hook up.
