Sydney Smith, the World’s Most Flexible Gymnast and rival of Olivia Dunne, is tearing up social media once again.
The prominent college gymnast may take some time to get on Olivia Dunne’s level, but if she continues to drop great content like she did this week, her numbers will get there soon.
Smith is going viral this week after she posted a short video that showed off her insane flexibility. The video started with her legs stretched out on the balance beam, and then it shifted to her doing a front flip in a pit.
She also made sure to give fans many looks at the angles of her body throughout the video before finishing with an impressive backflip to end the video.

To absolutely no one’s surprise, social media had plenty to say about the clip.
“So many hot Sydney’s in the world today! Thomas, Sweeney and now Smith,” one user pointed out.
“Beauty with flexibility,” another stated.
One person even questioned whether she was real!
As a junior in 2022-2023, Sydney Smith recorded a personal best of 9.0000 on the balance beam in a quad meet against Bridgeport, Rhode Island, and Brown, per SCSUOwls.com.
Smith already has over 2.6 million followers on TikTok and 648,000 followers on Instagram.
Her debut with the Georgia Bulldogs gymnastics team will begin on Jan. 4.
Smith will come face-to-face with greatness when Simone Biles makes an appearance at Georgia’s home opener on Jan. 17 against Boise State at Stegeman Coliseum.
Sydney Smith Announced Major Transfer That Could Change Everything For Her
Once upon a time, Sydney Smith made her name while attending the little-known Southern Connecticut State.
At that time, she was dubbed as the “world’s most flexible gymnast.”
Smith, who graduated from the school earlier this year, announced she would transfer for the 2024-25 season to commit to the University of Georgia.
At the time, Sydney Smith posted herself in three pictures rocking a Bulldogs sleeveless shirt.
